so so disappointed in the food. I ordered the oxtails. it was a hot mess. those were not vegan oxtails. I've had better. it was like they just took scraps from what ever left over the had and blended it together and called it a oxtail the green beans were mushy and soggy even the canned potatoes were horrible. something is wrong if you mess up on potatoes. WOW. I don't know if the people working there are young adults or actually teenage kids. if they are they cant cook at all the food is nasty me and my coworkers just had a discussion of they food they also order yes we are all disappointed. The black bean burger was ok but y'all need to ask people how much spice or jerk they want in the food to was so spicy and over powering you really couldn't even eat it another waste, but it actually coulda been really good. I have to find a new vegan spot wont be ordering anything else from them it was a total waste of twenty dollars had to throw the hole dinner away. Y'all need to do better cause your loosing customers. Zero stars for me.
First time ordering through Uber Eats. Presentation was awesome, I ordered the Crab cake dinner with collards and Mac’n’cheese. However, the crab crakes were very SALTY. I was not able to swallow them, they were just that salty. I will try the restaurant at a later time, and a different dish.
I ordered them through Uber Eats. The order came in a timely fashion, and was packaged well. I ordered the crab cake dinner, with collards and mac'n'cheese. However, I was unable to enjoy the crabcakes, they were too SALTY. I even tried just to eat the inside of the crab cakes, still TOO Salty. I'm willing to try the restaurant again, but just a different dish....
Got crab cakes, rice and peas, and cabbage. Cabbage is pretty good, rice and peas were a little dry but I’d still eat it, but the crab cakes were cold still cold on some spots and mushy. However, it was seasoned. No greeting upon entering and once someone did come to the counter he seemed tired, uninterested, annoyed or a combination of all 3. The food was out pretty quickly tho so that’s nice.

I came here because I saw video reviews on tiktok. I was excited to go there and try it. I ordered crab cakes, with collards, and rice & peas. I couldn’t even eat the crab cake because it tasted so bad. The collards were unnecessarily too spicy but the rice & peas was perfect. And think it was a kid that took my order and made my food. I threw it away after eating some of the rice and collards. Also neither of the bathrooms had soap… I used hand sanitizer.

The food is vegan yes, the food is also over seasoned. The service could be a lot better, they could say hello when you walk in, they could also tell you the items they don't have , wish they would let you know when they are substituting your food. Only at here twice both times my bill was over $30 and it wasn't the best. But I'll be back to try something different. The egg roll was good.

It took a minute to get my food. I had gotten the Chicken sandwich she asked me did I want toppings on my sandwich but didn’t tell me it was up charge . I paid $66 for chicken sandwich one drink and three side plate and chicken Philly egg rolls and a island girl drink honestly I did not like anything I ate I didn’t try the chicken sandwich but everything I did eat was just ok edible but I would not come back Desmond’s is better with bigger portions for your money . My friend got the curry with two sides , the chicken Philly egg rolls and the drink, she got green beans and cabbage and side of rice she liked her food. Me everything just wasn’t flavorful for me and almost was on the salty side. I am a big foodie I saw this on tik tok and just had to try and I literally didn’t like anything. The island girl drink was just an overpowering ginger drink to me. Maybe my expectations are too high and I am chef I just be wanting to go out and try other foods sometimes .

Customer service needs an upgrade. If you didn't call in your order ahead of time; be prepared to wait. I forgot the flavor of the vegan meatloaf I chose but presentation wise it was subpar & taste wise it was too spicy for me.

Customer service needs work. The young man who took our order was in a "mood" and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. Music was also too loud.
Look, I understand a lot of people don't eat in anymore, so the atmosphere I'm not overly concerned with. But the FOOD! Absolutely ONE of the best vegan Philly steaks I have had. And if the teenagers taking my order were the cooks, boys yall got a bright future in the cooking world! Thank you for great food!

Food was just ok, nothing special. If you wanted any other entrees, the girl said it would take 45 mins to prepare which is ridiculous so I had the stew, since it was already prepared. The cornbread was hard as a rock and tasted like the plastic that it was wrapped in and the fresh pressed juice was gross, tasted like an oranges skin…very nasty taste, couldn’t even drink it! I had the Island Gyal drink. Won’t be going back here!

Vegan oxtails were too salty rice and peas stuck together. Just all together not what I expected. Too pricey for it not to be good.
