Very unsatisfied with my order. I ordered a plate with chow mein, super greens, orange chicken, and chicken teriyaki, but I only received the two sides and the orange chicken — the chicken teriyaki was missing. They didn’t forget to charge me for it, but they did forget to make sure all the food was actually in the plate. I tried calling the store five times and got no answer. Extremely disappointing experience.Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

You need to hire people who can read. I placed an order for a large honey sesame chicken and a large pepper steak. Instead, I got two large sides of fried rice. Extremely expensive and even more disappointing. Don’t waste your money at this location

I try to give places more than one chance. Every time I go to this location they try to work too fast and miss what you have ordered. I always get the bigger plate and they try to rush you to your ā€œnextā€ item without giving you what you ordered previously. I had to explain three times what the bigger plate consisted of. The short Asian manager is very rude and tries to speak in another language when you bring up problems. The person filling my order gave me a small box of fried rice and at the register was told it had to be the medium box. The small rice was thrown in the trash can per the manager. It’s crazy to throw the food away when it is already prepared to purchase. Corporate needs to look at this location for constant small portions through the drive through and constant mistakes on the inside. Definitely not happy with the inconsistency of this panda. 1/10 experience.

It’s always clean inside and the food isn’t bad or cold thankfully but they are not the fastest location. The drive thru is always a 15+ minute wait.

I’ve had differing experiences at Panda Express, more of them not so stellar than otherwise. So I didn’t have any high expectations when coming here on a late evening. I’ve never been to this Panda Express in Hampton until now. But the food was actually something we really liked. Our entrees were well made and pretty fresh. In any case, it exceeded our expectations.

Panda Express is always a success. During today’s visit, they were very shorthanded with only three people working. But everyone was hustling working the drive thru, counter, and cooking keeping everything fresh. I’m a frequent visitor and will continue to return.

Customer service was great! But that teriyaki chicken is not it…. I know it has nothing to do with cooks it’s the quality of the meat. I’ve had it 3 times 2 times in Greenville and once here and it still taste off. Veggies shrimp rice was good though.

Food was not to my liking. Rice had were bland and over cooked. Most meats didn't have any flavors taste more like imitated Chinese food. The Asian heart was definitely not in the food. Instantly felt nauseous after eating. Serving area were very clean. This was my first and last time at panda Express..

Absolute worst service of anyone Express I have ever dined with! Placed a mobile order stayed in drive through for over 15 minutes only to be told it’s this stores policy to come inside to pickup food. The employees are awful! Do not waste your money or time with this Panda Express. After speaking with the manager I got to watch the little Blond child laugh as it’s funny to be this bad at customer service.

This visit to Panda Express was a letdown. The teriyaki chicken didn’t seem properly cooked—it looked like it was boiled and then lightly grilled just to change the color. The texture was off and not enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend the teriyaki at all. The chow mein noodles were dry and lacked flavor. Overall, everything tasted rushed and poorly prepared. Not worth the price.
