Their food sucks and they never get it right. When you order food they cheat you and gove you mostly veggies. Panda express has the worst customer service too.

Food was not to my liking. Rice had were bland and over cooked. Most meats didn't have any flavors taste more like imitated Chinese food. The Asian heart was definitely not in the food. Instantly felt nauseous after eating. Serving area were very clean. This was my first and last time at panda Express..

Absolute worst service of anyone Express I have ever dined with! Placed a mobile order stayed in drive through for over 15 minutes only to be told it’s this stores policy to come inside to pickup food. The employees are awful! Do not waste your money or time with this Panda Express. After speaking with the manager I got to watch the little Blond child laugh as it’s funny to be this bad at customer service.

This visit to Panda Express was a letdown. The teriyaki chicken didn’t seem properly cooked—it looked like it was boiled and then lightly grilled just to change the color. The texture was off and not enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend the teriyaki at all. The chow mein noodles were dry and lacked flavor. Overall, everything tasted rushed and poorly prepared. Not worth the price.

The times i have eaten at panda express, ordering my food. I notice when ordering my food, you all give less food to black people, compare to white folks. We spend our money just like they do. Treat people like you want to be treated if that was you.

I love the food but I'm here to snack on my husband Andrew Haynesworth he calls the customer service every day complaining just for freeeeee food I have told him over n over to stop so I came here n he just did it again.right is right n he is wrong

I tried to call the store first but no one answered. I ordered The family meal. While eating the fried rice i discovered A yellow and white expiration sticker INSIDE the food and then my son discovered a long straight piece of hair on the chicken. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. You alls quality keeps going down hill. I do Not want my food remade. I want A refund.

I was ok with the food but they got roaches. It started when I pulled a spoon out and it had what look like a smash roach on it. I attempted to give them one more chance, and this time the roach was crawling in the dining area

That’s one of my favorite panda in the area but today they had a different crew that working bad customer service and food portions were way too small I ordered black pepper chicken and black pepper steak I literally took 5 bites of each and my plate was empty definitely not worth the $14.87 and definitely not going back as long that same crew working in there they are robbing people just not get in the back and cook some more food . They definitely did the chipotle move on me today .

Arrived at “open” (9:30) Still sitting in my car at 9:45 doors are locked. Everyone inside ignored me at the door. Personally, I would’ve come to the door and explained why we were late to open. Staff was friendly when they finally opened. Do not plan on them being ready at open. 90% of food was not prepared.
