I ordered a plate meal with bejing beef, orange chicken, and noodles. Also a side of wontons. The bejing beef(which I had to wait 15 mins for because I guess it was cooking?) Was jerky adjacent. The orange chicken tasted alright. The noodles were mostly a shredded/congealed mass. And the wontons were opened up and squishy, with a tiny spackle of cheese in them.

I do like Panda express's food but like the fact that they do not provide simple accommodations. Not everybody wants to eat a super large helping of Rice and or noodles!

Staff is wonderful... they all are super happy.. but the food could use some help.. it's been a while since I ate here so something have changed and som have not. Let's start with the beef dish that I paid an additional 1.50 and got maybe 2ozs of steak and it tasted like it came out of a can over cooked.. The veggies have been an issue with this restaurant for years. I don't eat rice or noodles so I always get some veggies. The veggies are called supper greens.. they should change the name to supper steams. Way too many collards greens stocks/steams.. and way too much cabbage. But what do you expect from a fast food joint. I've been to Panda in at least 5 different states.. including Hawaii and its always the same. Not enough food for the cost...

I was just in tonight and experienced the WORST customer service ever. And this is the third and FINAL time at this Hampton location. I placed an order through Grub Hub, received a ready for pickup message and headed towards the restaurant. By the time I had entered the restaurant 10 minutes had already went by since getting my ready for pickup message. A lady was at the counter, a gentleman was in line to the right, and two young ladies behind him and a couple sitting at a table. They were ALL online pickup customers. All had received the same message I had. New customers who were placing NEW orders, placed them, got their food paid and left. This happened 6 or more times. This didn't seem fair. The WHOLE point of placing online orders is to not have to stand in line and wait. Furthermore, why tell customers it's ready for pickup when it isn't. What really infuriated me was how the young man who was the cashier responded to me when I questioned why all the online customers food wasn't ready. He responded it's not ready, and I said we'll my phone says it is. His response was I'M TELLING YOU IT ISN'T. Extremely horrible customer service. The manager Alysia said we're understaffed. NO EXCUSE. Being short handed has nothing to do with it. I and the other online customers were being IGNORED. NEVER AGAIN. And I will be warning others. TOO MANY CHOICES OUT THERE. I LOVE A GOOD BOYCOTT.

Terrible place. Drove 20 minutes with my pregnant wife and our kids to grab food from the drive through. They got the price wrong at first and corrected it. Drove 20 more minutes until we were almost home and saw they didn’t include our daughter’s food. When I called the lady was rude and obviously didn’t care. She tried to get my number so the manager could call me back but when I said I was fine waiting for the manager she kept repeating that I’d have to wait which didn’t make any sense. When I asked for a refund since we had to drive ANOTHER 20 minutes to go back for the food she refused, but offered a voucher for a free meal another time - also doesn’t make sense. Then she asked my wife where we live. That is none of your business, inappropriate and frankly weird. Told us to call corporate. We called corporate. They handled it appropriately. When I showed up she had our food, was all smiles, and said, “Corporate just contacted us, we are so sorry, we are so sorry to your wife.” What a change from the attitude earlier. Geez.Don’t go here. The people are bizarre and don’t care about correcting their mistakes. Waste of time. Thanks to corporate for fixing this mess but it could’ve been handled much more quickly and easily at the store if they’d been willing to make up for what they got wrong in the first place.
