The amount of meat on sandwiches is absurd and fraudulent. Avoid this place at all costs. There are no meat on the sandwiches. $13 for a chicken sandwich that was tough and tiny. $6 drink was about 6 oz. Service was terrible. I don't leave 1 star reviews, but this place should be closed down for fraud. The sandwiches online are not even close to what you get, or what you don't get. Look at the photo and compare to photos online dor the menu. Where's the beef?!

I usually Come here to get coffee in the mornings and sometimes I’ll order lunch on the weekends. My orders are always ready when I come to pick up and the workers are friendly and the establishment is always clean and the food and coffee taste pretty good too.

I ordered catering coffee for an event, while it was dropped off on time, there was no help with set up The amount of cream given, especially in comparison to sugar, was terrible. We ran out of cream with 6 containers left full of coffee.
Slowest location in all of Hampton roads. All I ordered was soup . Had my bag on the counter with no sticker on it. Sat there for 15 minutes to find out that was my order.

I ve been going to Panera for years. My last two visits were terrible. My food was sloppily made and I had to ask twice for napkins and plasticware. The portions are small and the price has been raised for this second rate cafe food. I Im good on their phone number scam with the rewards coming too and far since the last reward or discount . No thanks
