I ordered from the Papa John’s on Mercury last night (2/16/25). I asked and paid for extra cheese to be on the NY style jalapeño and onions pizza. Not the steak one. Ask me which one had the extra cheese on it. Before I realized it, my nephew had already at 3 slices and it was no point in calling. I just need them to be more attentive especially when people are paying for extras.

While I was waiting for my pizza there was a gentleman in the front named Josiah who was getting cussed out buy a disrespectful customer. He remained professional and very well mannered while having to deal with his nonsense. I appreciated him for his patience and after being cussed out still being nice to me. I will remain a customer at this location

I placed my order from outside the store, gave my card information and was told 30 - 45 minutes. After 1hr sitting at home someone call back saying the order was placed at a store in Richmond when I watched the employee picked the phone up in the store and take my order.

Called to place a delivery order at 1110 pm on 03MAY24. Transfered to manager after told no longer accepting delivery or pickup orders. Change your service hours to 11pm and not 12am if you aren't servicing. Definitely won't recommend and will not be doing business.

Suspiciously fast. They didn't put extra sauce on our pizza, or baked it well. In fact, the pizza was barely baked at all. Not hot, the stuffed crust was only kind of warm. Wow. I live less than 1 mile away. Do better.

The worst piece of restaurant ever! Bad customer service extremely bad and really rude. I forgot the guys name that took my order, but he was extremely rude. Which I should have just hung up the phone, but I followed through with the order and I regret it so much.
