Big Bethel Road I got a medium cheese with pepperoni, and onions. I had to use a microscope to see the ingredients. The pepperoni was scarce, the onion were rare. Meaning I very rarely tasted the ingredients. They are hit or miss this was a miss!

This is a carry-out shop so most orders were called in and picked up however I stopped in and ordered and waited. I could see how efficient the staff was. There was no horse play and not even any music in the background it was all serious work.

My food was to be delivered between 9:31 and 9:41pm. I called several times to find out about my order. I didn't receive my food until around 11:00pm. The second time that I called I was able to talk to the manager. The manager stated that the driver had an accident. That's understandable why my food was late if this really happen. To the manager you should have made sure that the other driver bought me hot food. Everything was cold and undesirable. This was my first and last experience with ordering from Papa Johns. The manager could have even suggested to give me a refund or have the new driver bring hot food. The spicy Italian sausage tasted like it was regular sausage. I was very disappointed with my meal. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I should have ordered from pizza hut.

Pizza was turned sideways and half smashed, had to wait a long time for someone to come to the window. Pizza didn't taste right either, this was my worse experience at any Papa John's I've ever been to. Was my first time at this location and will be my last.

I placed an order for delivery and was left a voicemail, after the order was en-route, that I could come to the store and pick it up due to backlog. Not offered anything for my trouble. The delivery was left at the entryway of the apartment building and on the floor even after the voicemail was left. I was given no time to come down and get the order. Someone else in the building could have come in and walked away with my food.

Why say you're open for delivery and then not deliver to the address "after dark"???? That makes no sense, address was a hotel in a good area that made no sense. I travel a lot but that's gotta be the lamest delivery service I've ever seen.

I called to ask for an accurate update because my delivery was out for deliver over 30 minutes… the female on the phone was very dismissive to only call back 10 minutes later and say oh well have to resend / make because he (driver) delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a reciept. I will not ever spend money, time or service here again

I have been a loyal Papa John’s fan, but my experiences with this particular location have truly been disappointing. I live just 13 minutes away, making delivery ideal, yet my last four orders have consistently taken over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Despite my attempts to plan ahead for the last two orders, it’s frustrating that the app's estimated wait times are rarely accurate. I've often found myself receiving calls from the driver an hour after the order was placed, asking for directions to my building. This ongoing inconvenience has made the experience less enjoyable, and I regret to say that I will no longer be ordering from this location.

Pizza was a disappointment. I ordered wings. They put the wrong sauce on my wings. Placed and order for a large pepperoni pizza and all of the meat and cheese was on one side of the pizza. I feel the staff needs a little more training on how to make a pizza to match Papa John’s quality and standards
