Why say you're open for delivery and then not deliver to the address "after dark"???? That makes no sense, address was a hotel in a good area that made no sense. I travel a lot but that's gotta be the lamest delivery service I've ever seen.

I called to ask for an accurate update because my delivery was out for deliver over 30 minutes… the female on the phone was very dismissive to only call back 10 minutes later and say oh well have to resend / make because he (driver) delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a reciept. I will not ever spend money, time or service here again

I have been a loyal Papa John’s fan, but my experiences with this particular location have truly been disappointing. I live just 13 minutes away, making delivery ideal, yet my last four orders have consistently taken over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Despite my attempts to plan ahead for the last two orders, it’s frustrating that the app's estimated wait times are rarely accurate. I've often found myself receiving calls from the driver an hour after the order was placed, asking for directions to my building. This ongoing inconvenience has made the experience less enjoyable, and I regret to say that I will no longer be ordering from this location.

Pizza was a disappointment. I ordered wings. They put the wrong sauce on my wings. Placed and order for a large pepperoni pizza and all of the meat and cheese was on one side of the pizza. I feel the staff needs a little more training on how to make a pizza to match Papa John’s quality and standards

The absolute worst Papa John's around the area... If they get your order wrong, good luck getting a hold of the store. They pick up the phone and hang up immediately. They will almost always forget an item you ordered and take their time getting the item to you. Let this location shut down. Do not order from this one. Thank me later.

I stayed on the phone with the driver for over 20 minutes, giving her directions to my home As If She Didn'T have a G.P.S . After 20 minutes, I decided to call and speak with the manager and see if they could Discount me The pizza would surely be cold as he'll by the time she found me,I was told that they would send another driver out, With another pizza and that would be an additional hour. I would have had to wait to eat dinner, customer service was really bad. Didn't try to compensate me or didn't address the issue properly ...sad solution! I explained that I would have just gone down in the parking lot and coached the driver on how to park the car or even how to find my building. Had I not been on bed rest and waiting for my food all night anyhow, it was a very disappointing and unfair Situation. the manager was rude and showed no care for the issue.....will never order from this place again

Yesterday I order a late lunch around noon. The order was a delivery order literally less than two miles away from the restaurant. Online it gave the approximate time of 1:10 as the time of my delivery. At 2 PM, the order still said,” Preparing”; please know that it was only one pizza and an order of jalapeño poppers. I called the restaurant to check on my order and they blew me off saying that it was on the way. The order arrived around 3 PM which is almost three hours after placing my order. I understand being busy and backed up. I don’t understand lying, procrastinating, and being unprofessional. Do Better! My food was cold when it arrived.
