We ordered delivery... 3 drivers declined to bring it. Over an hr passed then doordash finally got the order but then declined and then another doordasher picked it up... almost 2 hrs later we finally get our food and we didn't even get the sauces we paid for. Needless to say. Im done tipping them on my card. It will be cash only from now on...

Big Bethel Road I got a medium cheese with pepperoni, and onions. I had to use a microscope to see the ingredients. The pepperoni was scarce, the onion were rare. Meaning I very rarely tasted the ingredients. They are hit or miss this was a miss!

This is a carry-out shop so most orders were called in and picked up however I stopped in and ordered and waited. I could see how efficient the staff was. There was no horse play and not even any music in the background it was all serious work.

My food was to be delivered between 9:31 and 9:41pm. I called several times to find out about my order. I didn't receive my food until around 11:00pm. The second time that I called I was able to talk to the manager. The manager stated that the driver had an accident. That's understandable why my food was late if this really happen. To the manager you should have made sure that the other driver bought me hot food. Everything was cold and undesirable. This was my first and last experience with ordering from Papa Johns. The manager could have even suggested to give me a refund or have the new driver bring hot food. The spicy Italian sausage tasted like it was regular sausage. I was very disappointed with my meal. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I should have ordered from pizza hut.

Pizza was turned sideways and half smashed, had to wait a long time for someone to come to the window. Pizza didn't taste right either, this was my worse experience at any Papa John's I've ever been to. Was my first time at this location and will be my last.

I placed an order for delivery and was left a voicemail, after the order was en-route, that I could come to the store and pick it up due to backlog. Not offered anything for my trouble. The delivery was left at the entryway of the apartment building and on the floor even after the voicemail was left. I was given no time to come down and get the order. Someone else in the building could have come in and walked away with my food.
