Papa Johns Pizza

The employees are always smiling and polite. I have had an order that was not great, but they remade it and really strive to fix any issues. My asd daughter loves the tuscan cheesesticks, so we will be lifelong customers.

The New Yorker is only New York Pizza by size, not by taste. Really wish they would offer regular ham, Canadian Bacon just doesn't cut it. They made my pizza wrong, when I called, the girl that answered was nice and ended up being the one that made it. She owned up to it and admitted she read the ticket wrong, as soon as I had her read what I had ordered, which I appreciated. They did send a new pizza, by that time though everything else was cold, 1 person with food allergies was single out and had to wait for her pizza. There was no compensation or anything offered...... the entire order being redone, extra papa points, some wings/a dessert/cheese sticks, some type of credit, nothing was done. The employee was sorry, she went to her manager and told her she knew she made the pizza wrong, the manager didn't even bother to come to the phone, from the sounds in the background it was as if we should appreciate that they are willing to send me a new pizza.

Couldn't tell taste wise which were hot and which were lemon pepper, both just drowning in hot sauce.

We have ordered delivery and pickup from this location several times. They are always fast with either option, the order is always correct, and the food tastes as it should.

Called and place a $60 delivery order. Received one under cooked pizza. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I honestly love papa John’s but will not be going back to this one.

Papa John's pizza was very delicious. My daughter placed an order for me to pick up and she ordered a Large Pepperoni, (I wanted the Big Shaqaroni Pizza) but the promotion was off for that, and she ordered a small size cheesy bread sticks(that are very tasty and nice and hot with marinara sauce), and last but not least a dessert called Oreo (that is similar to small cinnamon rolls), very good and tasty. When I walked in, I was greeted welcome to Papa John's by a young man at the counter, that is the cleanest, friendliest Papa John that I have ever been in. They are located off Commander Shepherd Boulevard in Hampton. I will go back to them because I like the way they cooked my pizza. My pizza was cooked just right.

Ordered a pizza through the app at 6pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. I called at 7:30 because we hadn’t got our pizza delivered yet. I was on the phone for a while with a guy who was very unprofessional, asked for my address three times and couldn’t figure out the status of my order. Several minutes into the phone call he says “it’s on its way. Ok byeeeee” and hangs up on me. Pizza was over 30 minutes late and over $22 for a large cheese. Won’t be ordering from here again for a while.

Never again. The pizza is soggy and undercooked, wings are undercooked. I had to put everything in the oven for 10 minutes in an attempt to eat it and I still had to throw everything in the trash. I tried the lemon pepper hot wings, the flavor is awful.

Again I ordered pizza with no sauce and with 3 toppings, plus extra toppings and I got the no sauce after it was put on before they made another one , and toppings not to be seen will never get pizza from there ever again , its not that hard to lay extra toppings on a pizza but that couldn't even be done right as we'
