Love the Cheesesteaks from this place. Not much of a sit down place but great for take out. This is both the cheapest place in town either but it’s yummy.Parking: While there are only a few spots right next to this place the Target parking lot is huge and only a short walk.

Good spot. Great service. Try the egg rolls. Onion rings were awesome. Bread was a bit soft for my liking otherwise spot on. Would go back tomorrow if I was local. Beats a Jersey Mikes chain style place.

I come here whenever I want a Philly cheesesteak and nothing seems to compare to these delicious sandwiches.I liked how the food was packed and prepared. Nothing leaked. The cashier was attentive and was helpful at explaining the food. My food came as it was ordered.The sandwiches were not soggy but were made pretty and ready for me to lift out of the container. The wings were well coated in sauce and in the container lined to prevent leaking. If you like your wings cooked hard, you will like them here. The fried fish was well seasoned and crispy and the fries were crispy both in containers lined to prevent leaking.
I came out here to get food and it wasn’t open during the business times which is an inconvenience considering it was supposed to open at 11 and it’s not open yet

Everything is made to order. I ordered the lunch special, two steak egg rolls and some fries. The meat is very seasoned and tender, it's not dry or over doing it. The only thing that I don't like (don't mean you will not) is the dipping sauce, other than that the food is good, and I will be

Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak 12 inch sub with grilled onions and jalapenos and cheese mixed into the meat. One of the best Cheesesteak subs I have had in awhile. Tired of driving all the way up to another Cheesesteak place in Newport News. This is much closer and quality is as good if not better and quantity of meat was better. Philly Cheesesteak Cafe is where to get one in Hampton. Girl at the counter was sweet and said she forgave me for wearing my Baltimore Ravens hat into the store. Straight Eagles fan. Told her I was sorry for her about her choices in life! ? Go Ravens!!!

Nice place with great potential. Friend and I went there for cheesesteaks. Food quality was good. Cooking practice was very greasy. Pick up the half sandwich and hot oil poured out while squeezing the bread. So sad.
I walked in and was not greeted. The cashier immediately went to her phone texting after placing customers order in front of me. She texted the entire time and even looked up and made eye contact. I stood waiting about 7 minutes after the with no greeting even after she took care of the customer in front of me.

being a first time customer, and being a Philly cheesesteak enjoyer, I was looking forward to this but the food was subpar at most. I paid extra for mushrooms and green peppers with none in sight. A whole sandwich was 15$ and that included the steak, cheese and lettuce but they charged me for the lettuce Plus a 12% "meat tax", if you want tomatoes, onions and anything else, its 30 cents extra. The service felt like I was taking time out of their day. If the sandwich was at least decent, I would have gone on my day.

I was craving a good cheesesteak and found this little place. I cannot knock the cheesesteak itself as I was pleased. However, the cashier had no personality and was not outgoing at all. Just a body on a seat playing with her phone.The spot is small and can now understand why most only do pick up orders. This was a one shot try for me as there are many other options nearby.

Came on 9/11 for food at 11 when they open.. waited until 11:15 and no one had arrived so my party of 5 went to Straight Out of Philly 10 minutes up the road. Better service and a really great cheesesteak from a competitor that opens on
