The staff at the Pizza Hut located at 2724 W Mercury Blvd Hampton, Va is slow, ineffective, and has difficulty prioritizing tasks. Occasion after occasion I have gone to this location only to receive less than subpar customer service. I’ve yet to understand how you have a tracker in the lobby stating the order is ready only to have the cashier say it’s not ready or they don’t know where the order is or it’s almost done. Ordered a carryout pizza, got home, took a bite and pulled a long hair out of my mouth,(almost threw up)
called to complain, was offered another pizza or have the option to have a pizza credited to me, I took the credit because I had lost my appetite for pizza. Called the other day to get my credited pizza and was told the total would be $8.50, no explanation, I thought to my self why am I getting a total, it is supposed to be free.
