Store doesn’t open to customers at the time posted as the time to open on the front doors. Staff becomes belligerent, rude, and confrontational when customers knock on the front door.
I must have interrupted their THC meeting when I knocked on the door at 10:10 to pick up an order.

Today was the $2 personal pan pizza day and it was one of the most disorganized things I’ve ever seen . And no offense but the morning workers need better customer service skills it’s like they didn’t know how to manage a rush and the lines . We had workers given out the wrong orders to the wrong people without making sure it was that person who ordered there should’ve been a line with pickup / carry out with people who already payed and the other line with people who are just now ordering I literally had a worker ask me do I want someone else’s pizza who was already made ……

Edit: Hung up on after almost an hour and a half. Last try before I call my card holder to get my money back.
Edit 2: I was told specifically by a team member that the manager said to put me on hold and leave me there. I give the owner until tomorrow to reach out to me before I take action.

Everything was hot and made correctly. We tried the bacon cheddar sticks for the first time and they are awesome.
This was my first time ordering from this location because it’s a little far from my house. Unfortunately, the one closer to me closed. I love Pizza Hut so I gave this one a try. I scheduled the pickup, and when I arrived, it had just come out of the oven. The employees were friendly, and I didn’t have to wait but about a minute to get my order. Since it was fresh, it was still nice and hot when I got home (I covered it with my car’s sunshade to insulate it) after a 20 minute drive. My pizza and breadsticks were delicious.
