On 8/4/23 I placed an order online. Pizza was supposed to be delivered by 9:08pm. Tracker showed working on order for over an hour. At 9:50pm called to find out what was going on. Was told my order had been voided because they ran out of product. No phone call, no notification and of course no pizza. Very poor service!

I placed an online delivery order around 2:30pmFor a 16 pc bbq wings Breadsticks And a personal pizza I received said order at 5:38pm After calling maybe 3 times to see if I needed to come get it. Mind you I live 7 minutes away. Idk if I'm being ridiculous about the time because I'm pregnant or if it's actually shit. But ima go with actual shit. Also the pizza did not have the normal cheese on it, it wasn't even melted, and breadsticks were hard as a rock. Not worth $50, I'm pissed. Don't be lazy, go to Texas Roadhouse If you're going to spend $50 lmao.

Literally the worst Pizza Hut to represent the brand. I have tried multiple times bc it is the only one that is close enough for delivery. Big mistake every time and now is the last time. The estimate is always over an hour to deliver (70-80 mins), I live 7 mins away. One of my orders they forgot an entire pizza! Then, try to call back and no one ever answers the phone, it will roll to their 1800 number. It took 3 hours for one delivery and one of them I never got: just had to cancel with the 1800 number after 2 1/2 hours. Never, never, never order from here.

We've been waiting three hours for our pizza and they closed at 8. Called the store, said it would be delivered and I don't think it's coming. Absolute trash idk how this location stays open... will be reported to BBB

Do you like pizza? Do you like getting your pizza quickly? Then skip this location. We placed an order and waited three hours to not receive it. Enjoy trying to get a refund as well. If you choose to try and order from this restaurant, look back at this review after you end up disappointed and say I didn't warn you.

I like Pizza Hut the pizza and chicken wings are tasty. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys eating pizza or wings.

This place is take out only. That being said the service was prompt and friendly. The pizza? I ordered a medium with mushrooms, onions, peppers and olives. The pizza was lackluster at best and nearly $20!! Nope to again.

They might answer some of your questions or tell you something you didn't know before :) I cannot speak for the morning shift, but as for the night (when I work), we get SWAMPED, regardless of what day it is. Dinner rush is no joke. We always have at least five callers on hold, so please be patience if we are running a little slow. Typically there's only one person running the front, so it's all we can do as a single person.
if i could give this restaurant a zero star i would!!! my wife ordered from this location via online (carry out order) i picked up the order not realizing that the cashier did not give me the complete order it was missing the boneless wings, i called back to let them know that they forgot an item , while talking to the person on the phone i let her know that i just wanted a full refund (my food was ice cold now) i walked in , ms pat ( the manager on duty) was at the front , she asked what was wrong i let her know that i wanted a full refund because it wasn't fair to me to have to drive all the way back up there ( i live 15 min away). ms pat told me that she could refund the wings they forgot to give me but that they couldn't refund me the money for the untouched cold pizza , cinnabon, & the 4 unopened 20 oz sodas i sat on the counter!!!! it wasnt my fault that they gave me a partial order!!!!! i said its not my fault !!! its your fault and your not going to refund my money??? she said no!!! i was livid !!! the employees and ms pat were literally arguing back and forth with me , i called 911 , the officers arrived, ms pat still refused to give my money back,told the officer that they wanted me off of their property and i wasnt allowed to come back , the officer said that i would either have to take them to court or call corporate...i called corporate and i am awaiting a call back !!! so here i am at home with no refund with ice cold food and warm sodas, I AM SO UPSET I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO A FRIEND OR ENEMY SMH

Took over 2 hrs for delivery. When I called to cancel order I was hung up on. Hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in over a year. Will probably never patronize Pizza Hut again. It has completely gone to crap.

Hi I am not sure who to direct this complaint but I am extremely UPSET. I ordered food for my children at 10:30 from across the street at the king Street location. It is literally 3 min away and the food was supposed to arrive at 11:07pm. At 11:15 I called to check status the man was rude and stated someone was in route. 11:30 came still no food. I called back he didn't ask placed me on 8 min hold so I hung up called right back. Placed me on another 5 min still no answer. My kids are hungry and crying finally at 11:45 a car pulls up after I let them in my QUIET gated community with loud rap music BLASTING with bass. No apologies after receiving food it was COLD and disgusting!!!!!! . This is a big brand granted I didn't pay much but I paid enough for an expected service and was highly disappointed. I will like to speak with someone regarding this matter or refunded. I eat pizza but all the time but this is turning me off from EVER eating there again. If I was able to give no stars I would!

I would not feed this food to my dog. First it took 1.45 mins for delivery when it said it was 35 mins. I spoke with Lea she said she was the manager and cancelled my order only for 5 minutes later for it to show up. (mind you I'm like 2 minutes away). Said she cancelled my card purchase then said oh you ordered online that your problem...ummm what. So after this post I am driving my 2 mins to return this shitty pizza. I highly recommend not ordering from there.
