I have ordered delivery from this restaurant several times in the last 3 months. EVERY time an entree is missing, last week an entire California burrito, today the chimichangas. ENOUGH! There is no way this is not intentional. Due to my work schedule I order delivery 3-5 times a week, this is the only place that is consistently omitting items. Regarding the food, it’s not bad as a “Mexican” food options in the local region. 2/10 west of Texas, 7/10 for the area.

We went to both the Hampton and Newport News Plaza Azteca restaurant locations and found that the one in Hampton was the closest one to where we lived. We really enjoyed the food there and we tried the Mexican Fried Rice with cheese sauce. It really didn't need the cheese sauce,as we found out that it was delicious without it. My husband always has the cheese sauce on the side. We always get the meat and veggies for extra, either chicken or shrimp. You can also get beef, chicken and shrimp along with veggies, but that's a little too much for us, so we just get the one meat with extra veggies. That Mexican Fried Rice is our new favorite item that we order along with a margarita, which is delicious as well. It's always a pleasant experience with a great ambiance and staff is so friendly and helpful and professional as well. ?

Food was amazing, our server Amon was fantastic and there is a nice atmosphere. Staff was very polite. We didn't wait very long for our order at all. I will be returning to this location. A definite go too .

This place is amazing! I don't know how we've lived here 3 years and never came here. The atmosphere is cool, the entire place is spotless! No sticky tables!!!! The guac is made right in front of you. Just great 10/10.

Outstanding service And Food.
We loved this place until this evening. The food was good but our waiter was horrible. I had to ask for cheese dip 3 times before I got it and it was after we were halfway done with our meal. Once we paid, I asked for a receipt and he ignored me on that too. He never refilled our drinks or bring extra napkins.

The service here has declined TREMENDOUSLY in the last year. ALL of the male waiters are very forgetful and it’s hard to enjoy your meal when only 30% of what you ask for is brought to the table. You ask a million times for things they forget and they seem to get annoyed after a while and your food gets cold from waiting. I have been coming for 10+ years but I will be taking my business to Jose Taquilas in Newport News. The food and service is elite there. Sorry Plaza Hampton.

After I gave the number of people in our party, the 3 hostesses had to talk about where they were going to set us for 5 to 10 mins during this time we sat down and waited for the young person to acknowledge us. When she did, I said "Are you ready now" and the young girl looked offended. To the owners of the restaurant please hire employees that are emotionally intelligent enough to not be offended by customers who are accustomed to good customer service at your establishment.

First time at this restaurant, the food
was great ! my alcoholic drink was awesome, it actually had alcohol, not like other places, where it is pure sugar. The ruins look of the place was a nice touch. ?

OMG Nachos! Are A must try. They were so delicious. The bacon added is soooo good. Our waitress was great and the atmosphere was nice as well. Will be visiting again. Thank you!!!
