First time being in a Qdoba. Ordered a steak burrito, bunch of stuff inside from the array of choices. The "spicy" sauce is not Southwestern spicy, but they have Cholula for some help.I liked the burrito but maybe a bit underseasoned; I like my food with some salt. Comfy booths, pleasant decor--I can see why they're chomping into Chipotle's market share.There wasn't a receptacle for glass, so I left my Jarrito's bottle on top of the rubbish area.Nice people. Cheery, helpful folks.I'd go to another Qdoba after this experience. Definitely go back to that location if I'm in Hampton.

I did an order pickup and Qdoba is usually on point, but they did mess my entire bowl up. white rice instead of brown, meat when i put the vegan option some kind of spicy sauce etc. I ordered from Newport news and Qdoba is in Hampton so i did not go back to get them to re-make it.. Just pay attention when you are working and read. I do understand places get busy but just take your time and read!

One word. Fire. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to chipotle anymore and waste my money. The food was fresh. There was no line. I didn’t have to pay extra for queso or guac. Love that they offer pickled onions! Staff was polite. Will be back again!

Love that theres a QDOBA that has opened up near us. We were greeted upon entering and served right away. Portions were phenomenal and I personally got two servings out of one bowl (leftovers!!). Employee at the checkout offered multiple discounts for students, military, etc so that was also greatly appreciated. I will be back for that queso!

I stopped around 7 PM to grab dinner and was immediately hit with an overwhelming cloud of food stench and heavy haze. The restaurant was filled with grill smoke. It appears the hood was either dirty & clogged, turned off, or malfunctioning.I was looking forward to a delicious Qdoba quesadilla and thought for a second I could endure it long enough to get takeout, but it was awful. It felt unhealthy and made me question the rest of their food safety program. I don't think I was even there for 30 seconds, but stepped out and ate at the place next door. The smoke must've permeated my hair and clothes in that short time as I still wreak of it over an hour later. I snapped this pic on my way out of the other place and the air looked just as bad. Unsurprisingly, whatever customers were in there had completely cleared out.I'm new to this area (and this Qdoba location) so I'm unsure if this is a standard condition here (I hope not), or if it was a temporary system breakdown. However, I thought someone higher up should be aware of the situation. Thanks.

First of all they didn’t have the steak fajitas quesadillas tortillas to wrap them in!! And what l order was spicy.. don’t eat spicy food!!Made it clear!!

First time visiting this location! I haven’t gone to Qdoba in some time in general but I’m glad I stopped by! Service and food was good. Next time I just need to make sure I get the Birria burrito. Mine was just brisket and I think I asked for the wrong thing. It was about $18 for a burrito and chips/salsa. But I would come back!

Better place than chipotle across the street, place is cleaner too, food is fresher, we had a hickup however the manager didn’t get mad or anything, he took care of it himself and apologized deeply. Chipotle personnel would’ve yelled at me to leave.

I ordered to go online. I ordered nachos and just got the bowl full of lettuce, pico and chicken with queso. There were no chips in my bag to go with it. I tried calling SEVERAL times but no answer. Not the best customer service.
