I’m gonna be honest this one of my best fast food experiences ever when I walked in I thought with such a young crew the food would be horrible but no it was amazing Everything fresh from the burgers to the fries to the pie and the Manager she is on top of everything and everyone respectfully I look forward to coming again I would post the food but it is all gone .Thank you

I rarely write reviews for places because I understand things happen, but (I’m assuming he was a shift lead or manager, short dude with short hair) was unprofessional and rude to not only me but also to the only crew member that was helping with the people in the lobby. Really negative attitude, but an extra star given to the crew member that helped us.

Found a piece of paper in my burger during my visit there. I took it up to the counter to speak to the staff. They were not helpful at all. Not an apology, didn't offer a refund. Looked like i had bothered them by expressing my problem. I explained to the manager the correct procedure she should've followed 😒 and I snapped my pictures, threw the food away and left. Ruined my lunch break and wasted my money. Called customer service of course they are supposed to call me back. That was days ago Stay away from this location

This place is absolutely nasty. The lady who took our order was super sweet. The other lady there who I assume is the manager is a nightmare. Who attitude towards the coworkers and just in general is horrible. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and she doesn’t like/enjoy her job. My husband tried to go wash his hands in the men’s restorer and the water was shut off. There’s signs for employees to wash their hands but how can they when the water isn’t working. And to top it all off they wasn’t busy and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our order. When we got our food we could tell that they haven’t changed their oil in their fryer in at least 3-4 weeks. Hampton location is not recommended at all.

I went to Rally’s last night (10/23/24), for the first time in years. Went through the drive thru and the young lady Shakerra, was so sweet and polite, she literally left me flabbergasted. Most fast food workers seem somewhat overworked and frustrated which is understandable however, if she was, she did not let that show, which was a breath of fresh air. Bravo Shakerra, you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work! Sn: I would have given 5 stars but my chicken sandwich was extra hard and I couldn’t finish it. But I will try again and hopefully next time, the food will be as great as the service was. TY

I typically go for the $4 meal when I go to Rally's but I decided to try their new BBQ brisket Buford. Mind you I have not been to this location before and the one that I do go to I have never had issues with. They order was taken fine. Get up to the windows to pay and you can hear the people in the back complaining that people just keep coming. OK, overlookable. I get my food fairly quickly and head home after a long day of work and then Ubering. Fries are OK, but then I get to this sandwich that I just paid way too much money for and my first disappoint was that the bread does not have that buttery toasted look to it. It's not toasted at all. Just plain bread. Then I take a bite and the brisket is hard like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The burger is cold. Like it just came out of the fridge and they slapped it on there cold. Between the brisket and the burger nothing is even remotely hot enough to melt the cheese. And it's not like I waited an hour to eat it. This was within 10 minutes of picking up my order. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the 8.99 they charge for just the burger.

Garbage, I went there at 1:30 am which I should have expected garbage food, I ordered the 2 for $6.... charged me full price and argued with me....first and last time I ever go there......the chicken and fish sandwich were a joke and the monsterella sticks were smaller than normal size ....save your money
Went there Tuesday evening. Mozzarella sticks were inedible. The rest of the order came out wrong. Reached out to let the company know, no response. Waited over 25 mins in the drive through and spent $30 for two people. Won’t be back and since I didn’t even get a response back from the company I wanted to write a review.

04/25/25 about 12pm. Walked in with the guys to grab something on our way to the airport. Spherical woman of color addresses us at the register, and we inform her we'll need a second to look at the menu. She immediately starts complaining to her older coworker that we're interfering with her smoke break. This occurred within earshot of us, so we left. Enjoy your smoke break

1st time at this Rallys and LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT THERE!!!!!!!! $3 29 for a supposed cheeseburger. The meat patty was paper thing and cold the cheese was normal. I will say I asked for extra mustard and pickle and got it. However the pickles were like eating hard plastic the skins. Bun was stale. The whole thing was cold and horrible. I asked for glass of water. I WAS TOLD WE DONT GIVE OUT WATER FOR FREE!!!! HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE CUP. I JUST BOUGHT A CHEESEBURGER!!!!!° I WASNT JUST ASKING FOR A CUP OF WATER!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT ON THIS PROPERTY. I WILL BE CALLING CORP AS WELL !!!!!!!!
