The food was great. Good deals, too. Me and my wife received pretty good service as well. The interior seats are a bit run down, but overall, I'd recommend the place. Especially if you've never had Rally's or Checkers.

The food is great 👍 nice & hot! this lady Aja is the bomb she was very patient with me and my family and she made sure my first time experience wasn’t my last! Lobby was clean. workers have great manners. we enjoyed dinner at checkers, I will definitely visiting this location again.

The food was hot and tasted good (especially their fries and apple pies!). There was an error when preparing one of the food items, but it was corrected quickly and with no hassle. Staff was kind and an encounter with another customer in the building was pleasant.

Customer service was great. Aja and Jacobi were patient and kind. We had not been to Rally's in a very long time and were unsure of our meal choices. They were helpful and quite pleasant.

Staff was friendly. So much as they left my fries and sauce out my order. Recommend paying attention to timing of food that has been sitting under heat lamp. Cashier was real friendly just need 2 be more conscious of the quality and execution of customers orders.
Completely ignored by staff, even after looking at me. Got the impression that the one with the headset didn’t want to take my order and neither did the one that she handed her headset to. Between the lack of service and the prices, I just left. Used to come in about once a month, won’t be back.

They no longer sell kids meals even though its listed in their menu. I have never heard of a fast food place that doesn’t sell kids meals. Disappointing

We ordered 3 chicken and fries boxes in the drive thru. We get told at the window to pull up to the white line… we wait 5 mins and I go inside because we are literally trying to go somewhere, to find every worker goofing off in the back, one guy walking around like nothing to do. I ask when I’m getting my order and he asked what we had and this girl comes up and asks if I want bbq sauce and I said no ranch like I said two other times. The damn bag of food was on the counter, sitting there. How long until they planned on taking it out to us??? Absolutely no customer service… these children need training… and clearly adult supervision to do the most basic job. Oh did I forget to mention… we were the only ones there at all!
Edit to add: Ernest called and made things right…it was his only day off and the crew got reprimanded for their actions.
2nd edit: Awesome service, it’s a Tuesday evening and we stopped back in… it was absolutely wonderful! Even with a large order they took care of everyone in a timely manner and it was great food, service and place was clean! For this I and giving it 4 stars because I truly believe they took action and corrected the issues!
