The service was horrible. We waited for 15 minutes before hubby went to the bar to ask for assistance. Even then, we still waited another 5 minutes for a host to come out to seat us. The host took us to a booth section where at least half of the booth seats were sliced/stabbed up with tape mending them together. As well as, the tables weren't cleaned off and sticky. Hubby ordered a drink that took 45 minutes to arrive. Then once the food came, the lobster in my stack was overcooked and the linguine was dry because there wasn't enough sauce. We ended up just taking everything to go.

Biko Josh, he was a very good server. He really made my day. It's for me so good. It was so nice of him to make my day. He was a wonderful server. And so was the manager and the people in the back that cooked the food it was awesome. I haven't been here a long time, but I'm glad I came cause Josh really made my day.

I ordered a dozen biscuits and lobster dip online and it took nearly an hour from the time the order was placed for the food to be ready. The lady over the phone said the wait would be 14 to 17 minutes but I ended up waiting in line for an additional 30 minutes. Also, the person working the take out line didn't even apologize for the long wait. The food is great but everything else is a mess.

Service was terrible. Not busy at all yet it took over an hour for us to get our food. Drinks were never refilled. We sat there for 20 minutes just sitting waiting to see the server to ask for our check. Shrimp was rubbery. Don’t recommend

I always like visiting red lobster. The wait was a bit much but I think that was because of the Shortage of staff as it is everywhere else. But, once we were seated, everything went well. The waitress was nice. She was working the entire section herself. And she did awesome Food came in a timely manner with great portions. It was really tasty They might still be a tad bit over priced But they've always been that way Very easy parking and the bathrooms were clean as well

Haven’t been to red lobster in two years and I was not missing anything….. our service was incredible but the food was horrible….. The shrimp was rubbery and all the food was cold .The ceaser salad was so thick with dressing I could not eat it…..Flounder looked as if it was sitting in grease. My suggestion would be to hire better cooks. On a good note our waitress was very kind and patient and regardless of the food experience she was noticed and appreciated……

Josh was an attentive waiter. The food was better than a recent visit to an upscale seafood restaurant. The scallop and shrimp skewers were perfect. The manager, Binko, stopped at our table to inquire how everything was. We told him we were very pleased and would be back .Parking: Parking is available in front of the restaurant and in the shopping center.

We went there on 3/10/24 to celebrate my mother's 84th birthday. She loves red lobster. The food was horrible. When the house salad was brought out, we were told that they were out of tomatoes but, if we weren't ok with that, they could give us some. I told the young man that it was absolutely not okay,.I want what I paid for. My mom ordered broccoli well done (she can't chew it if it's too hard) and still never got it.....the servers had good attitudes but, the service and food was horrible

Ordered a Bahama Mama and it was TOO strong and didn't look right (coloring). The Berry Mango Sangria was good as an alternative. The atmosphere was loud because a very young child was crying nonstop for at least 20 minutes. I felt bad for the child and the parents. There are 5 tables near where we sat and they have not been bused in over 45 minutes. Our server was Brandon. He has not checked on us since bringing our meals, which was 30 minutes ago. We wanted our check and were told it was already paid for. In talking the manager, we told her how this used to be a great experience but now we are not coming back any time soon.

Quickly sat, clean and comfortable seating. The general space of the restaurant was clean. Friendly service, very attentive.Parking: There is no wrap around within the parking lot on the front side of the restaurant that faces the busy main road.If you have a larger vehicle and end up facing the wrong way, you would have to exit the lot onto the main road and go to the next entrance to the shopping center and come back the other way. Otherwise there is parking beyond the restaurant lot in the shopping center adjacent to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options and a menu for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide space between main aisles and standalone tables where you can pull up your wheelchair but not a lot in the way of height displacement.
