Went to Ricco's because Fertittas next door was closed at the time. There wasn't a lot of people dining in, but there were quite a few delivery orders and call ins, they only had 1 person running the counter. She was taking calls, handling door dash drivers, and waiting tables by herself. She did her best, luckily someone showed up to help as I was leaving. I walked in thinking it was the hotdog place next to it, but it was an italian joint. i walked out with a menu thinking i wouldn't bother, but at 4pm there was a nice crowd and to-go orders waiting and takeout people waiting, so i decided to call in something. i ordered the large philly cheesesteak and it was the best i've had in Hampton or Va.
