I love, love, love this place! I highly recommend the lemon flavor!

First time here and it was incredible! The girls working tonight were so sweet and helpful - I had no idea what to pick and they helped me decide on the most delicious treat I've had in ages! 10 outta 10, would recommend - and I'll be sure to return with friends ♡☆

Yummy but not always honest. They have the skittles drink pictured with skittles on top. The menu doesn’t state you have to add them when ordering tbt skittles drink. I received it without skittles and quickly brought up the drive thru photo. They gave me some but I shouldn’t have to ask for the drink to be made as it is being advertised

Cancelled our doordash order twice. The first time we ordered a vanilla and strawberry 5 layer gelati and large chocolate milkshake. They cancelled, with the reason being they were "out of stock" on the chocolate shake. We go to put in an order for a different flavor, but they've removed the 5 layer gelati option entirely as well as the chocolate shake. Now a large cookies and cream shake is $8 for a small, $18 for a large! So we order a regular gelati and small shake, they cancel again. We ordered before 8:30pm, Doordash says they stop taking orders at 8:45pm and are open until 10pm.

This place sucks ! You guys close earlier then the time posted saids they close at 10 I arrived there at 9:09 they were closed! Never have custard or concrete just ice I’ll take my money else where like baskin robins if you plan on coming here don’t save your money and buy ice cream from the store

Rudest Rita’s staff I’ve ever dealt with. Were generally unfriendly. They messed up my order and got mad at me. They didn’t even try and fix it. It was literally just a waffle cone.

Need to teach there employees how to listen and count very disappointing and for a manger not to be on duty really was crazy to me will not be back for a long time smh

Vegetarian options: Most Water Ice is vegan but they do offer vegan options for their custard. There are also sugar-free options for people watching their A1C.

Parking: It's in a small strip mall next to a Subway. Plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will LOVE the menu and they have kid-size portions available

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA friendly facilities and plenty of room for wheelchairs, canes, and walkers.

paid $7 for a large icecream cone and they handed me a cone that wasn't even filled to the brim and wasn't even filled all the way inside

The only ritas in the country I've been to that never has custard. I went tonight they said they didn't have custard. ANY FLAVORI went two days ago and they only had strawberry custard and no flavored ice.Awful!!!!
