Had a first date here it was awesome

Went on a Saturday night with a large group from work to celebrate co-workers birthday. We were there five minutes and a large group of security was making one person from our group leave. One particular security guard made threats to her. In which I was surprised and then the very large female security guard also started making threats to me as we all were walking out the door. Very unprofessional. I felt very violated. I want to add this was my first time in this establishment. Management needs to look into there people they hire for security.

Fun time trying my hand at the slots. Great incentive of $2000 in promo cash for June. $200 every Mon-Thur & $200 every Fri-Sun for 5 wks was an easy tactic to get me started. A few big wins and some losses, but fun all the while. Friendly staff. Delicious quesadilla in Cafe. 1-800-GAMBLER is on speed dial just in case. Lol!!

Management needs to Educate and train the Cleaning Crew they are all over the place in Folks Business and telling outsiders who is in Rosie’s gambling they are standing over players while they are playing tell them to go do their job . Because folks are looking at some of these cleaning Crew as Unprofessional. when you call outside folks to tell who is playing in a Casino is Dangerous they can have someone Robbed I don’t trust none of them maybe Management need to hire someone to watch these folks. The Worst Casino I have ever been to.

Had a great time even though I didn't win. However have not received any promotion gifts since the first few months from opening except the $5 freeplay and after looking at win lost statement they are not accurate

I love Rosie's, but the only bad thing is late at night sometimes the bathrooms needs to be cleaned up a little more because the drunks comes in. That's the only thing that needs to be changed because people don't care about cleaning up behind themselves late in the evening unlike they do earlier in the day.

I enjoy mingle with the guest it makes gaming experience fun .The staff is very friendly and professional Visted yesterday machines went down for about 20 mins but we were informed of the problem and it was handled in a timely manner .For the safety of the big winners I think the name of the game that hits shouldn’t be posted on the board .Other than that great experience food great value.
