The food was absolutely 💯 percent delicious. The service was stellar even though my order didn't go thru the first time I appreciate the care and love it taste like they put into their food. On all my visits to the VA hospital I know where I'm going. I wonder if they offer military disounts.... I was so engulfed in the delicious aroma I couldn't think straight. I ordered the skrimp and crab meat po'boy with a 2 crab cake dinner ( should've gotten the lunch) those were the biggest crab cakes I can ever remember eating... and delicious... even Phillips in Baltimore didn't impress my taste buds like this... had my mind body and soul wanting this daily for lunch!!! This was right before my sleep study so it knocked me out completely....slept like a baby lol. WOW!

We were here visiting from Boston Massachusetts my sister-in-law said that there was a great fish place around the corner she was right the food was excellent nice portions and great customer service we really wish we had a Shrimp Shack in Massachusetts keep up the good work

We came here tonight and was greeted with a smiling face upon walking in. I ordered the wrong chicken sandwichs and the manager (that was so nice upon walking in) made my son tenders to go. You just don't get this kind of hospitality anymore, so thank you!! I wish I had got your name! The store was clean and the food was fresh and hot, as always, and the service was 5 stars ❤️

Great service...plenty of welcoming smiles from staff
Fried flounder was not freshly cooked. Tough and bland. Chicken sandwich bun was soaked with grease. We just moved to Hampton from Pittsburgh. Can now say we tried the place. Wont be repeat customers though. Fries were good

Skrimp Shack was a last minute stop due to traffic for HRBT being so backed up trying to get on I64. I ordered fish sandwich that was piled high, skrimp tacos(2 for $6 special) & oyster tacos. Everything was cooked great, only thing next time will ask for no cheese on the tacos! Counter service was great! We will definitely stop again.

The food was really good but the guy taking our order was really sassy. Other than that it was good. The person that brought our food was really nice and went the extra mile to help get us a few extra things. I would recommend going there. The Poboy is really good.
