I got the double spicy jalapeño smash burger with the smash fries. Burger had a lot of meat on it I give it 10/10. Fries were dressed nice and also crispy. I think I waited maybe 5-10 minutes but that’s because they made everything fresh.

The food was wonderful today 6/21 but the cashier clearly is not having a good day. We dined in and the our meals were bought out quickly and was great. However the cashier was the one responsible for making the shakes and had an attitude like she couldn’t be bothered. We were almost done with our food when we had to ask about the shakes and were told they were on their way. The cashier brought them to the table, barely spoke as she dropped them off and walked away leaving confusion as to which was which. She came back with a third and as she walked away she was shaking her head about something which I felt was clearly about our group. The other staff was at least helpful and friendly.
Edit: the owner came by the table while we were finishing up and spoke with me. He explained a little bit about what was going on and what they are dealing with. It was also after a rush which after working in fast food, I can understand how exhausting it can be.

So Smashburger is definitely a unique place, but where it falls short is definitely how much they charge. This price is outrageous for what you get. The meal would be decent if it was around the $15 mark, not +$20. The hot fries were disappointing. I was expecting hotter and better than what I got. Overall, I'm a little disappointed.

The cashier was very rude and seemed to want the shortest customer interaction they could get. The food was okay; maybe a bit too salty for some people. The inside was clean and almost all of the tables were vacant.
The tots are amazing! I had the veggie burger. I'd get it again. This is a good fast food option.

refused to take my order because it was almost closing….ive had countless jobs and closing to the point of no longer taking orders is never accepted prior to the time the store is actually closed and the door is locked. Ridiculous and ghetto.

The chicken was not seasoned what so ever. Didn’t really taste like anything to me and not fried long enough gotta had the rubber feel to the chicken.

Heard about this place decided to try it out. Well, I would like to give it raving reviews but I'm sorry the burger missed the mark. I did like the sweet potato fries however. Back to this little burger that was the size of a white castle burger. I expected it to be larger but I'm kinda glad it wasn't because I didn't want to waste it. I couldn't eat all of it, there was this after taste. I don't think they put rosemary on the burger but that's kinda what I tasted. I didn't like it. The staff was great, so even though the food wasn't great, the workers more than made up for it.

I order a burger and tots today. The online order was delivery. When I paid it said delivery. I am a disabled veteran. I was unable to pick the food up. I contacted the store and the store manager brought the food to my house. Please reward her for going over and beyond.
