So Smashburger is definitely a unique place, but where it falls short is definitely how much they charge. This price is outrageous for what you get. The meal would be decent if it was around the $15 mark, not +$20. The hot fries were disappointing. I was expecting hotter and better than what I got. Overall, I'm a little disappointed.

refused to take my order because it was almost closing….ive had countless jobs and closing to the point of no longer taking orders is never accepted prior to the time the store is actually closed and the door is locked. Ridiculous and ghetto.

The chicken was not seasoned what so ever. Didn’t really taste like anything to me and not fried long enough gotta had the rubber feel to the chicken.

Heard about this place decided to try it out. Well, I would like to give it raving reviews but I'm sorry the burger missed the mark. I did like the sweet potato fries however. Back to this little burger that was the size of a white castle burger. I expected it to be larger but I'm kinda glad it wasn't because I didn't want to waste it. I couldn't eat all of it, there was this after taste. I don't think they put rosemary on the burger but that's kinda what I tasted. I didn't like it. The staff was great, so even though the food wasn't great, the workers more than made up for it.

I order a burger and tots today. The online order was delivery. When I paid it said delivery. I am a disabled veteran. I was unable to pick the food up. I contacted the store and the store manager brought the food to my house. Please reward her for going over and beyond.

The burgers, fries and drinks are great but several times they messed up my order. They did well replacing the order but oftentimes the cashier was not friendly so in totality I’ve stopped going.

The lady who took my order was pretty mean. I asked what smash fries are and she rolled her eyes at me like I should know, but this is my first visit. I came in an hour before closing and I don’t prefer to be here this late either, and I get that she was probably tired but geez. I’ve had a long day, too. I asked for my receipt but she walked away before it printed and then threw it away when she came back. Haven’t even gotten my food yet and her vibe is killing mine. Fingers crossed the food is made correctly, considering I paid $31 for two sandwiches and fries.
Stay away from this place in Hampton VA i saw a customer get verbally attacked by a employee, accusing the customer of being racist and embarrassed the customer in front of everyone. The employee accused the customer of saying something racist when her and her husband were paying for their food… The employee waited to the confront the customer when they got their food served to them at the table. I was sitting with my kids and couldn’t believe what i was hearing the employee made a big scene. very unprofessional and what the employee was accusing the customer of saying was completely false i was standing next to the drink machine and heard everything… I won’t be going back to this place and i’m sure that lady and her husband won’t either what a sad experience. 3/9/25 on a Sunday a afternoon.

STAY AWAY!!! Just went there the the first time today 3/9/2025 and took 36 minutes just to get my food with my kids soon as we got the food we experienced something that i thought i wouldn’t see my on my visit…. One of the employees came from the back and verbally attacked a customer for no reason saying that she was a racist and accused her of making a racist comment to them while ordering her food i was behind the lady when she ordered and she didn’t say anything close to what the employee accused her of. The customer was embarrassed and the employee was yelling at her the customer asked for her money back and left… i didn’t blame her please stay away from this place it’s over priced and they are very unprofessional and trashy and my kids were exposed to stuff that don’t need to be around. I will calling the company main phone number tomorrow and i hope the lady does as well she didn’t do anything wrong.

I paid $70 something for food was not good it all.The burgers were greasssssy/ overly seasoning,sweet potato fries over cooked,milk shakes taste like milk only.I didnot taste strawberry nothing.The milkshake only was $7 and change.The french fries had to return for overly salted.The chicken tenders were overly seasoning &very hard I was not happpy with this first time experience at all.This was a waste of money.If You guys going overly change for food.Please let it be in top tier in taste,quality of meat,favor and so on.This was not especiallyfor the price and what was offer ....no where near it.I dont mind paying for food when it meets the quality & exceed in taste.This was not one of these experience.The staff was not friendly customer service at all.
