I ordered my food through Uber eats last night, my Uber driver delivered my food with it still sealed and that’s why I’m making my review on here and not with Uber eats. I ordered 2 sets of the Thai Chili wings and only got 1 set. I don’t need a refund I don’t care that much, I know mistakes happen but missing a whole item on the order is unacceptable. Thank you.

I went here for the first time & I definitely willbe returning! The staff was very nice, the food was delicious & the juice was really good! If you haven’t been there you are missing out on some good burgers & fries!

I say I am a fair judge of things. I was rather disappointed in my first visit here. I’d warn that the prices are steep for the amount of food you receive. I got a grilled chicken, onion rings, & a cherry coke. My husband got a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon, tater tots & a Diet Coke. It was a few cents away from being $40! The grilled chicken was flavorful but was kind of tough on one half of the sandwich. The onion rings were delicious. The ranch sauce was actually really good with the onion rings. My husband’s crispy chicken sandwich was almost overcooked & the tater tots were plain, but they were cooked to perfection which is hard to get right in my opinion. The server at the counter was nice & informative on the questions I asked her.

The atmosphere is pretty chill, music is good and the drink counter is clean!! The food was pretty amazing. My daughter and I both got the classic smash single burger but she had no tomatoes. We got one order of regular fries because we wanted to share those. She got a strawberry dragon fruit agua frescas drink and I got a fountain drink. The only issue we both had was that the burger was a little too salty for our preference. Others than that the food was fresh and hot and the fries were perfectly seasoned. I would say it’s a must try!!!Vegetarian options: They have a black bean burger.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide enough for wheelchair access.

Decided to try something new and been seeing this restaurant every time I go to area. They have veteran parking outside restaurant and parked there. Went inside and food was sitting on counter waiting for pickup. Asked about the drink to go with order and it was taken out of freezer. Went home and I didn't like the garlic fries even though I love garlic. Had to throw it away. Tried the turkey burger and it was covered in seasoning and was very unpleasant. The BBQ sauce I added was decent. The milkshake I had left a bad after taste. It was also still pretty clunky and had ice chips in it. I let it sit for a bit so the ice could melt some so I could continue to drink it but it was not that great. Overall, the people were nice but the food was not what I was expecting.

The food was amazing! The fries were still crispy after delivery and the burger tasted like it was freshly made. The bun was soft, just the right amount of toppings, and it wasn't overcooked. I would definitely recommend the brisket burger! yum!

OMG!!! THE FRIES!!! Yall can keep those fresh home fries. Id rather have fries that are freshly fried and crispy and not overloaded on my plate. The double bacon burger with mushrooms was superb ?. Will be coming back.

I am a pretty standard Smashburger Customer, usually of the Chesapeake location, but was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch.I ordered on the app, but the dining room wasn't too crowded, (considering it's a holiday weekend,) so I decided to Dine In.I was immediately greeted by the staff and my food was ready when I arrived.I ordered : a Turkey Truffle Burger with mayo, tomato and onion, a small sweet potato fry, a 20oz Dr. Pepper, and a NON DAIRY Oreo Shake to sip on the ride home.The Dr. Pepper ended up being low on syrup, but the associate immediately changed it and let me know when it was ready. (I had grabbed a Coke instead, lol)I found a table and started to eat. Everything I ate...was 10/10! The turkey burger was perfectly seasoned. The fries? Perfect! The poor shake didn't even make it to the car! LOLFrom kitchen to front of house, my experience was so satisfactory that I'm writing a review about it! LOLand they even cleaned my trash up when I was done.Recommendation: A raise for the entire team! LOL5 stars!Vegetarian options: Blackbean burgers available, brussle sprouts availableDietary restrictions: Non dairy milkshakes available in various flavors

Okay, the food wasn't terrible. In fact, my burger was pretty good. The tots and fries were about as plain as could be.However my big beef is with the prices. The prices are INSANE. It's about 20 dollars for me to get a single patty burger, tots, and drinks.I upgraded to "smashed tots" which didn't give them anymore flavor. I got like 10 tots for like 7 bucks, and I had to pour ketchup and mustard on them to get any taste out of them.I won't be back..........this place is just way too costly for what you get.

I've been to two different Smashburgers across the country and have had bad experiences at both locations.1. They we're very rude to a homeless man just looking for water in Tucson.2. The Hampton location did not participate in Veterans Day promotions and when asked the server was very rude in their tone.
