Dropped my food on the floor in front of my dasher, put it back in the bag like that was normal. Looks like the person also shoved their finger into my drink and gave me a barely there thing of fries. Never again. Screw this place.

So, we ordered two RT 44 slushies, one cherry and one blue coconut water. We received a cherry syrup and slush (meaning it was completely unmixed), and a blue coconut water in ice. I came back and said “hey we have a couple issues with our order.” Long story short they said they do not mix there slushes (which makes no sense to me, but as you can see from my other review, she lied). So I got a refund because the lady was so disrespectful. I would have given a little bit better of a review had they been polite. Working in fast food you need to have some kind of communication skills and professionalism. She had neither. Mercury Ave customer service strikes again… let’s do better people, life’s to short.

First time having their soft pretzels with nacho cheese sauce, and LOVED it. Not chewy like most pretzels can be. Very light, with a slight crispiness to the crust.

If you want hair in your food this is a great place to eat but if not go somewhere else. This is absolutely disgusting yell need to learn how to put on a hair net. There is no excuse for hair being in peoples food.

I had a mobile order to be pick up. I pulled in to a stall and checked in through the app. Usually it take about 5 minutes for my order to come, after 15 minutes of waiting, I pressed the button to see if they receive my order and if it was coming. They sounded very confused as if they didn’t know my order. They thought I was a completely different order in a different stall. After asking was my order coming out I didn’t get an answer. The microphone went dead. About two seconds later, my order was at my car, which means they had my order sitting on the counter somewhere for who knows how long my slushy is completely juice now. It’s not even a slushy anymore, so yes would not recommend coming to this sonic at all doing a mobile order.

I don't know why.But it seems like every time I come here in the late night it's always unpleasantries. Tonight I was greeted with. What can I get you? But in a very low monotoned voice, and then when I was letting the lady know my order, she rudely interrupted me and told me that I need to repeat my whole order as if she wasn't listening. This location has always been like this.I've had better service at mcdonald's on king street then here at this location on power plant parkway. Baby, if you don't like your job, go find something else because you don't know whether you're the first interaction for the day or the last one, you could make it count.However you chose not to.
