I honestly probably won't be back. I was really sick and needed some tea because I ran out at home so I decided to use some of my points for a free tea, the tea was made great it helped alot actually but I had asked for honey packets and the barista rudely pointed out the box with them in it and expected me to just know. I then pulled out the packet and it was so old it had crystallized. I showed the barista and she said she didn't have anymore and that if I just moved it around it would liquefy again, super gross.

I have lost all faith in this location. I have walked out many times due to no ingredients to make my order. Today I got home and removed the lid from my coffee it's almost 2 inches from being full. Thanks for the poor service! The seating are is always disgusting but the employees are joking and playing around, Do Your Job and clean up the place!!! Obviously Corporate needs to step in and clean up this location. Drive thru extra 2 miles to the next Starbucks! This is sad because I try to focus my reviews on the positive, after a few visits to a location.
