If the app gives me the option to have my banana walnut bread warmed or not warmed and I choose not to have it warmed… why is it hot when I get it? It’s not hard to pay attention.

Why can they NEVER make my matcha properly… it gets to a point where I’m wondering if they’re properly trained to make matcha. I don’t want clumps of matcha powder all throughout my drink. The services and atmosphere is fine but the quality of this drink is always bad. For 17.00 I expect my drinks to be of quality. Otherwise it’s blatant robbery

Service and atmosphere were great but the quality of the sandwich is ordered was ridiculous! Why didn't anyone tell me NOT to order food from Starbucks??? I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese and to say that sandwich was pathetic is an understatement! The cashier grabbed some pre-made BS and slapped it in the microwave and voila there goes your sandwich which was as flat as week old road kill! My drink was ok i only really order the mocha cookie crumble but I shouldn't have gotten the Venti( just too much) BUT THAT SANDWICH smh HORRIBLE! 14 dollars for those two things smh🤦🏾♀️

Toasted bagel was squishy. Stood in front t of counter for about 2 minutes for the barista to tell me to "go to that register to order" there were 3 empty registers.
