They did amazing helping me figure out what I wanted when my usual was out. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond! First time I'm this one but now I'm glad my usual one was packed!

I ordered 2 drinks a chai tea , and caramel crunch frappe , for doordash delivery ( the tops come covered) once I uncovered the frappe , there were two hairs in my drink. Just disgusting.

When you put a sign on the door that says " we'll be right back promise" but no expectation on time it is really confusing. I took that as maybe 5 mins and after waisting 30 mins outside with 4 workers inside just staring at me periodically not coming to explain nothing. It is just not right to make us wait just say closed so we move on.

I really enjoyed the service at this Starbucks, I just have one request for all Starbucks stores.Please train your employees, to use the pouches on the sides and back of your bags, the way you used to in the past. These pouches are for the condiments, which they hold with their bare hands and throw in the bag with the food. I was a little Disturbed at one employee wiping his itchy eyes profusely with his fingers, and then grabbing my condiments with his bare fingers, and throwing them in the bag with my bagel. Not very sanitary, too much bodily fluids.But all in all this Starbucks is very respectful cheerful actually like going there just please use the pouches.

I have stopped going here. I order a drink with extra syrup and extra foam. Every time I get my drink it is wrong. One day it had no foam and when I said something they poured some foam I a little cup and handed it to me. I rarely get the extra syrup in it. I can tell because when it is made correctly it is sweet and the majority of days it is wrong. I’ve gotten tired of paying extra and not getting what I ordered.
