I don't know her name but there is always a girl barista there with very professional makeup, she really makes the Starbucks image great at this location, I know most people would not be willing to pay that much attention to their appearance so early in the morning.

I usually do mobile orders and I noticed they mark your order as ready even if they’re not out yet and just starting the order.

Didn’t get my just plain black coffee. Stood at the counter and was asked nicely what I was waiting for. I told them, they acknowledged, but still never got it. They were very busy but I had to walk out to get to work. So I paid for it but never got it.

I went to this place to get breakfast. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bagel, then waiting for more than 30 minutes. Everyone that came after me even got their orders while I was still waiting. When I finally decided to ask the employees about it, they blatantly ignored my order until I have to leave to go back to work without a breakfast and without a refund. Stop the discrimination and hate. We are all humain no matter what we look like. Let’s do better!
