I came in on Sunday at 4:22 PM, before their 4:30 closing time, just to grab a cake pop for my youngest son. The employee came out from the back and immediately told me they were closed, and her tone was pretty rude. I explained that I only wanted to buy one cake pop, and she responded by saying she was out of them. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re going to close early or be out of items, at least communicate it respectfully.

They make their own hours. Google says they are open til 4:30 on Sundays but we were turned away. Workers don't want to do their job.

3 stars because the service was amazing but I'm not sure what drink I got. Ordered a white mocha and poured it out before walking back to the MDG, the taste was just off. I dont know how else to explain it. When asking around, it was apparently known that the white mocha is not one to order in this location. I don't mind returning but probably won't get that drink again.

They are always working very diligently. I don't know her name but there is always a girl barista there with very professional makeup, she really makes the Starbucks image great at this location, I know most people would not be willing to pay that much attention to their appearance so early in the morning.

I usually do mobile orders and I noticed they mark your order as ready even if they’re not out yet and just starting the order.
Didn’t get my just plain black coffee. Stood at the counter and was asked nicely what I was waiting for. I told them, they acknowledged, but still never got it. They were very busy but I had to walk out to get to work. So I paid for it but never got it.
