I went to this place to get breakfast. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bagel, then waiting for more than 30 minutes. Everyone that came after me even got their orders while I was still waiting. When I finally decided to ask the employees about it, they blatantly ignored my order until I have to leave to go back to work without a breakfast and without a refund. Stop the discrimination and hate. We are all humain no matter what we look like. Let’s do better!

This Starbucks location continues to go downhill. Once again, the tables and floor were dirty, the counters where the employees make drinks were absolutely filthy. When I walked in there were four employees standing around. Our orders were promptly taken but it took over 15 minutes for one employee to make them. Two employees skirted to the back room and could be heard laughing and joking. I can pretty much write this location off as a place to go.

I will never go to this Starbucks again. I ordered a venti shaken espresso and customized it and when I got there the cup wasn’t even half way full. She said that’s how they’re supposed to be without ice. I told her I order these all the time from other Starbucks. Complete disappointment. My other coffee wasn’t full either and I’m usually asked if I want more milk to fill it up. I will not go to this location again.

Do not get caramel ribbon crunch or caramel machiato hot . No matter what it always comes out like hot milk.If u want a normal cup of coffee just go to the gas station and pay 1$

Poorly managed store that benefits from the fact that it's on base. Convenience is the only thing this place has going for it. Routinely doesn't have cold brew ready in the mornings (and this isn't a new/supply chain issue. It's been like this for years). Nothing like swinging in past 830am to hear "we don't have the cold brew ready yet."

I don't know why, but every time I go here my drinks are messed up. This place can't make a correct drink for anything. It doesn't make any sense how all the other Starbucks make delicious drinks and everything that come from this place doesn't taste right.
