I’m a regular at the store and tonight Jay made my drink and it was absolutely amazing. The crew was happy go lucky. I got my drink fast and it was right.
I’m just really glad a worker named Lynn was not here tonight because every time I come in she’s hateful, rude and just nasty She has no customer service manners for her customers or her coworkers I’ve heard her talk down to her coworkers numerous of times, including me as a customer Please do something about Lynn or I will find another Starbucks. I come here at least three times a day every day. Have a good day.

I order from Starbuck almost everyday. Shout out to my Hampton University Starbucks. Anyway, I come to the Starbuck on West Mercury every once in a while, mainly because I have to go to Krogers in the morning before work, etc. However, whenever i am there and there is a certain older lady on the drive-thru window I already know I am going to have issues with my order. Today, I ordered a Tall Dark Roast with 8 raw sugars, a Venti Stawberry Aci Lemonade with lite ice, a Ham and Swiss Croissant and a Venti Cup of just ice. She said I got you while still struggling to key it all in. I drove off not knowing it was the lady that never hears your order correctly. Well what I got was a Ham and Swiss Croissant, Grande Dark Roast with no sugar, a Grande Stawberry Aci Lemonade with half of the cup being ice and a Venti Cup of ice. So when I tred to correct the errors when I got to the other side, she still doesn't listen. I said it was a tall she pretends to look at the receipt and said yes a tall is what you were charged for she just put it in the wrong cup. So I asked if I could get two more packs of raw sugar, she gives me regular sugar...go figure. Ok the Venti Strawberry Aci was changed from a Grande Cup to a Venti however, they must have just added water for the difference because it tasted like water. Anyway I can go on about this horrible service not to mentioned I paid $15.27 receipt#6934--.
My point is this lady should never be at the window. She does not listen, she talks over you and she just DON'T LISTEN. I pay $3.01 - $17.00 a day at Starbucks and I am so tired of my ordr being wrong. Today I couldn't drink the coffee...no sugar and the refresher drink was colored water...it's a shame all because people don't listen.
Also, I use the Starbucks app and I was charged for a GRANDE NOT A TALL...the lies she told. This is why I said she pretend to look at the receipt she didn't even remember I used the app and could see what was ordered. Plus I paid the difference for the different sizes in the drinks. I believe she is some type of manager, because ppl. come to her with questions. If that's the case shame on Starbucks because she is a liability and not an asset. I read some of the comments and I will bet money she is the person at the window. I will be looking for the name tag so she can be properly reported. Shame on her again!

I’m only giving a 1 star because the girl added a $5 tip before I tapped through drive through. Once I realized I didn’t have to select a tip or decline, I asked her why did I just pay $12.09 for a medium frappe with cookie crumbles when the drive through screen said less..She said that she must have made a mistake and pressed the button when she grabbed the device for me to swipe/tap.

I wanted to share a review for the woman working the window Friday 12/5 around 7:45am, I’ve seen you twice now and each time you are so warm and welcoming, always greeting me by name and smiling. The coffee is always amazing and starting my morning with a friendly face makes my day! Thank you!

My first and last time at this location. I’ve never in my life had to deal with this much chaos because of a drive thru line it was terribly back up even if you wanted to leave the lot you couldn’t because of how little space there was very disappointed

I waited to give Starbucks time before writing this review but am still waiting for a response.

I am writing this review to report a disappointing experience at the Starbucks location at W. Mercury Blvd and Riverdale Ct (Store #52765-280288) on September 24, 2025, at 9:25 AM (Receipt #688410).

While waiting for my order of two venti brewed coffees, I was ignored by a team member who was training others. Despite standing at the counter for over 10 minutes, I received no acknowledgment. Meanwhile, a white male customer who arrived after me was warmly greeted by the same employee, offered complimentary drinks from the training session, and engaged in friendly conversation.
This stark difference in treatment was upsetting and felt discriminatory. I don’t know if it was due to my race, gender, or another factor, but I was made to feel invisible and unwelcome. As a loyal Starbucks customer for decades, this experience was deeply disappointing.
I submitted a complaint through Starbuck’s website but received no response. I’m now reaching out again in hopes that this issue will be investigated and addressed appropriately. All customers deserve equal respect and service.

I come to this Starbucks every morning. M-F between the hours of 5:45-6am…I do not understand for the life of me how I have been waiting behind 4 cars for 22 mins… There are a couple of employees that have great customer service but the sense of urgency sucks!! And this is not a one off situation…
