I had such wonderful service the 23 of August. I mobile ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with sugar free vanilla. The sweet barista making my drink saw me sit down in the waiting area she asked my name she said “hey i noticed you substituted for sugar free vanilla” I thought it was gonna say they were out so I was like “regular vanilla is fine if your out” and she informed they had it but wanted to make sure that i wasn’t diabetic.

I walked in, and was instantly greeted by Obie, one of the baristas. He was was very welcoming and I felt like I was at home. He took my order very thoroughly and got everything correctly. While my order was being made, I sat down and saw how clean the space was. Obie called my name and gave me my order. Surprised to see how Starbucks stripes down from a trendy gathering spot to frugal breakfast carry out restaurant. There's used to be free cream, milk, cinnamon powder etc. Now they're all gone. The food menu is aging. Nothing really makes me want to go back.
