I’m not sure I’m spelling her name right at all, but Tiwala was awesome! She was quick, patient and super kind. There’s a few other Starbucks in this area, but I’m definitely making this one my go to. I really hope bonuses/pay raises have something to do with reviews because she definitely deserves one.

Starbucks drinks are increasingly expensive and does not taste of coffee flavor at all. Make coffee at home the way you want and save money!

This is the Starbucks inside the Kroger. many other reviews seem to be for the exterior Starbucks near the road.
This Starbucks is acceptable for an in store coffee and is fairly efficient. I'm giving them a bit of slack since they aren't a full Starbucks location.
I always grab a drink here after my Kroger shopping. Everyone is friendly, and the drinks are made to perfection.

Horrible customer service and my Frappuccino was watery. There were 3 employees, 2 standing around taking and one working the register. The young man took my order and 4 more orders after mines. My drink wasn't started until after he took those other 4 orders. The other employees eventually started helping him make the drinks. My drink was made second to last even though I ordered first and it was made with whole milk instead of oat milk like I asked. They simply stated that they were sorry for making them out of order but they got an attitude when I complained about why 5 drinks were passing me by and I clearly ordered first. Just skip this location and go to the one that stands alone thats 2 minutes away. These employees need better training.
