I had the most amazing Pumpkin spice latte today! It tasted like fall leaves drifting over a cool afternoon pumpkin patch with caramel butterflies flitting by. Served by a lovely smiling goddess.

Starbucks drinks are increasingly expensive and does not taste of coffee flavor at all. Make coffee at home the way you want and save money!

They don't blend the drinks all the way there's always ice in my Frappuccinos. Def going to target Starbucks next time and they don't ask for a tip either lmaoo

This location always has something going on. Not sure if the franchise owner or corporate is to blame but ultimately the staff and shift managers are the problem. First of all, I waited 30 minutes for drinks. I could see it was a rush so I waited patiently. After the buzz cleared I asked about my drinks. The staff looked uninterested in resolving my issue. I ran out to my car and got my phone, which was dead, so I couldn't even show then where my order was. Even when I told the staff me never she dismissed me and walked away. This is a corporation. Making my two drinks that I OBVIOUSLY bought wouldn't have been the end of the world. I'm disappointed in this location because this isn't the first time. And overall Starbucks as a whole.

Horrible customer service and my Frappuccino was watery. There were 3 employees, 2 standing around taking and one working the register. The young man took my order and 4 more orders after mines. My drink wasn't started until after he took those other 4 orders. The other employees eventually started helping him make the drinks. My drink was made second to last even though I ordered first and it was made with whole milk instead of oat milk like I asked. They simply stated that they were sorry for making them out of order but they got an attitude when I complained about why 5 drinks were passing me by and I clearly ordered first. Just skip this location and go to the one that stands alone thats 2 minutes away. These employees need better training.

This is the Starbucks inside the Kroger. many other reviews seem to be for the exterior Starbucks near the road.This Starbucks is acceptable for an in store coffee and is fairly efficient. I'm giving them a bit of slack since they aren't a full Starbucks location.

I didn't like this place. They need more training. The drink was okay. We got a strawberry lemonade and they just set it up on the thing without even calling our names. They were doing it to everyone. No one could hear them if they did say anything. It's just not a good place. One of the workers had a friend there and was giving her free food and drinks as my fiancé and I watched it. He gave her whatever she wanted and she just stood there and talked to them and interrupted them as they should have been working. Will not be back. The place needs cleaned as well. Tables were sticky and filthy! It had a smell inside, like a mildew smell.
