Incompetent manager & The workers at the drive-thru are ill-mannered ,, The store opens at 4:30 and I waited until 6 AM and it still hadn't closed.

I was stuck in the line with no way to exit. I went inside to discuss getting the line movibg so I could exit and they stated there waa nothing they could do. The employees at this location have zero problem solving skills and are inconsiderate. This is not the first time I have experienced slow service at this location. I will jot return here.

I went through the drive-thru and, asked that the cashier please get someone to or let someone know to clean off a huge spider web outside by the window, more than once. I was met with a mocking tone, and I was totally ignored. Lazy workers, who give you the card machine for their undeserved tip is what you will find here.

I broke down this a.m. and had to park in your lot . The absolute kindness of your staff was amazing. Caleb asked if he could provide assistance as he was pulling in for work and eli was so kind and helpful. The entire staff was amazing and I can't thank yall enough and I will come back though for sure.

For the gentleman this morning; 8-15-25 at530am who had a woman scream and throw something at him in the drive thru about a strawberry lemonade..... You handled that so gracefully. You stayed calm and tried to talk to her and she just wasn't having it. Breakfast and a show from one car behind. 10/10 service
Ordered 2 Macha drinks. Both were still clumpy and super dark, with very little coconut milk. Was not able to drink.

Noticed when my drink was finished that it had a hair in it I am beyond disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience.....we'll let's see first i wish they had experience the coffee I ordered everything is a Caramel ribbon crunch and everything i have to wait a long time and secondly they never have the correct caramel and last but not least the fill the cup every time with whipped cream very unhappy
