Went to Stuft - Restaurant . Food Truck . Hot Sauce after clearly making a reservation. Got there on time and they said that it was going to be a wait for a table to clear. What is the purpose of making a reservation? There was a live band there so people weren't going to leave anytime soon but they were willing to put us in a game room or outside where we couldn't be comfortable and enjoy our food to wait SMH. It would have been our first time there. Not a great first impression.

Just finished eating here for the first time and I must say that the bulgogi egg rolls are absolutely to die for, the burritos are HUGE! And all the ingredients tasted fresh! I don’t know how I missed this hidden gem for so long but so glad that I found it! Cailin , our server was fantastic, very attentive, friendly and made the already great atmosphere even better! Will be returning in the near future and recommending to all my friends!

STUFT is consistently great food—and I dare say, they have the best French fries on the peninsula. The menu is affordable, and the portions are generous. There’s a little something for everyone, including non-meat eaters (their soyrizo is a nice touch).
The smoked wings are outstanding—flavorful enough that they don’t need sauce, though it’s available if you feel compelled. Their homemade dressings and salsa are also top-notch.
The kitchen is small, but the staff work hard to get food out in a timely manner. You may have to wait, but that just gives you more time to enjoy the company you're with.
They host live bands fairly often—on those nights, it’s smart to reserve a table.
STUFT is also one of the few places I know where you can still get a beer for $4. The staff are busy, but always kind and friendly.
Is it family friendly? Overall, yes. Maybe avoid bringing the kids late at night—not because it’s unsafe, but because bars after dark tend to be adult spaces. That said, my child loves the Walking Taco.

I really wanted to LOVE this place after hearing so many people talk so highly of this place as well as the great reviews. Maybe I hit them on a bad day but I wasn't really impressed. The amazing staff everyone speaks of was not so amazing when I went in. No hello when you walk in the door and no sign that tells you that you can seat yourself. I figured this out while watching a couple come in behind me and just walk right to a table. Once I sat down I was finally half way acknowledged by the waitress who looked less than happy to be helping me. The lady behind the bar never looked up from texting on her phone until people that were coming in for pick up orders spoke to her first. The food took a while to come out and the waitress never once came back to check during that time. Once the food finally came it was just okay and the sides were not correct. At this point I just ate and went ahead and left. I wish I had gotten the wonderful experience so many talk about because I love Mexican food and love the Phoebus area but that was NOT my experience. I don't think I would go back.
