We have ordered online ahead but due to ONLY one staff person at This Subway our placed order was not Ready so our journey delayed by 20/30 minutes, but it's ok, management should hire one more person as two three people are waiting when we reached here, Thanks

They do not greet you & are very rude. The guy that was making my sandwiches was slamming the bread on the counter … when asked to remove an item off my sandwich I was ignored until I had to ask again & from there the attitude continued. The cashier lady was even worst - she snatched money from my hand when it was time to pay & also slammed my food down after bagging it.

This “specific” store doesn’t offer water cups they claim. And I guess it’s the only one too. Oh and they’re all on their phones in the back talking and face timing.

I walked into the store, and no one came out to greet me or take my order. After standing at the empty counter for a moment, I I said "HELLO" more than once. After more moments passed, I started knocking on doors. Someone answered from the ladies' restroom. Less than 30 seconds after that, a female employee came out on her phone. She stayed away from the counter and not saying, "Hold on, I apologize for the delay" or anything, and continued her personal conversation. I walked out without making an order. She NEVER got off her personal cell phone. Thanks for your excellent service.

Came there two times and the hours says mon-fri 8am-9 I came at 8:30am doors locked and the lady in the back just looked at me and finished prepping this is very unprofessional it’s not my fault you can’t come to work on time

They should change their hours to closing at 8:30 instead of 9pm since they lock the doors around 8:20-8:25. Also they have nasty attitudes, they don’t greet you when you walk in and they act like they hate that they have to make you a sandwhich.Especially the short light skin girl that works most nights. If they don’t like their job then they should look for another one simple..

Ordered online, and waited in the parking lot for my order to be ready for pickup. After observing a woman walk in and out, and a group of workers walk in, I got out of my car and walked in. Surprisingly, the 2 Subway workers were serving the group of workers and didn't have my order ready. I was given a lame excuse that the workers became busy with the customers who walked in after my order had been pending for almost 40 minutes.

Usually go to this Subway, things are fresh, service usually really good.However this time I was waited on by a young man who wasn’t very outgoing, seemingly in a terrible mood put out for customers. I saw him looking at the clock and said, shift almost over thinking I may be his last customer and he quipped back in an ugly tone not even close.Left feeling sorry for the rest of customers that would encounter that enthusiasm being served.In today’s economy businesses should have great customer service because it’s awful competitive out there.

They tried to serve me burnt meatballs I ask them to get me some new ones they said it will take 30 minutes I said I’ll wait well it took them 15 to find the meatballs and they put them in the microwave so nobody watch them and I ask the lady if they were done she said they needed to be stirred and not one time did anybody ask me or was concerned about my order at all I was a plague to them you think somebody would own up to the time they wasted of mine so I left
