We have always ordered from this store and we're always satisfied. We ordered 2 roast beef subs tonight for Valentine's Day, but we were so disappointed with what we got, I called the store to register a complaint, .and was told to call back tomorrow when the manager was there. One of the subs was on multi grain bread. The bread was OLD bread. It was hard and dry where you couldn't bite through, basically the consistency of bagged croutons, and crumbled. We paid $1.75 for extra meat, but found hardly ANY meat on the sub at all! Threw away half the sandwich and wrapped the other half and put it in the fridge to prove it to the manager of we are allowed to speak to them. Needless to say, it kind of ruined Valentine's Day for us. Rethinking ordering from this store ever again.

The bread was stale, the jalapenos had no flavor, not even spicy flavor, and it was half the tuna that I've received at every other Subway I've gone to in 4 different states. The atmosphere was dirty. I felt like if I touched something, I'd stick to it.

Kid-friendliness: My twin sister and I order totally 4 subs and they were not eatable grouse dresned with dressing order where all mess up he did not write name on subs till he was totally preparing all 4 subs and then he had to open them up see what sub was what subs boy our hubby was very up set with there order it was way to late take back after hard day with spending at the hospital on follow up on my sister kidney stones if correct at langly square guy name was eric Hampton
