We go through the drive thru and order a Tuna sub, get home and guess what - no tuna on the sub. Just the veggies/condiments, apparently they forgot to go back and add the tuna after toasting. We called and explained and they acted as if they didn’t believe us and refused to refund us over the phone. They made us physically bring the sandwich back- huge inconvenience with a toddler, as stated we had already gotten home. So I go back and the young lady requests the sandwich and proceeds to pick through it like inspector gadget searching to find the tuna that was not there. She then proceeds to throw it in the trash and ask would I like it remade or refunded. No apology whatsoever for their error. I said good customer service would be to offer both, considering you wouldn’t just refund it over the phone and made me physically drive back so you could inspect it. She proceeds to say with attitude, “it’s either or mam.” I said just refund me please, she literally hit a button on the register and said it’s done. She did not need my card or anything, again SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE OVER THE PHONE. Why inconvenience someone to that capacity for the error of the store? I asked for the contact information of the person above the manager who was on site that day and I was refused.

To the General Manager of this establishment, you did a wonderful job hiring Anthony as a Manager. I couldn't believe he was the manager.
Honestly, I don't do well with young people, however , the staff that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 31 night shift was phenomenal. They truly taught me, don't judge the book by its cover and all young people are Not the same. Their customer service skills was on point from the time you walked in until your order was completed.
The most rewarding was watching them change their gloves as they touched different objects while preparing your food. The three of them made sure your order was prepared the way they would have their own , the accuracy of your order was correct, and the team work was on point.
Way to go Subway, these three young people are on their way to management status. Please continue to pour into them where they already have the skills to flourish . I will definitely spend my hard working money here again, as long as this customer service team is scheduled.

If you want to use the Subway app to order, beware! On two separate occasions, I ordered for my family, and this establishment fails to include everything I order. Just this last time, they failed to include all 5 bags of chips and all 5 drinks. Because the delivery is via DoorDash, you cannot reconcile with DoorDash if you use the Subway app to make your order. Pure laziness at best. They are ripping people off.

Refused to toast a flatbread, probably cause they think it's like a wrap which isn't supposed to be toasted, but I get this sandwich 2 times a week, i get it toasted 2x a week, and the one i just got is completely different than the sandwich I've been getting for years, and I travel all over so tell me how everyone in Wyoming utah south carlonia, Virginia and north Carolina (and Texas) does this sandwich wrong but this place is doing it right, oh right, except the 10 pounds of steak you added
But I don't have time to sit here and argue with you so whatever. Give me a 12 dollar sandwich that you made wrong because it's this or nothing since I have no time for lunch.
