Went for lunch on a Saturday. Two customers in front of me, my wife, and my son. The guy taking my order appeared to be annoyed that I was there, yet remained respectful. Opted for a 6" tuna melt. I'm accustomed to getting two scoops of tuna, yet here I received a spoonful spread thin against the bread. Other toppings were placed on the sub in such small portions that I wondered if the attendant paid for them out of his own pocket. My wife and son's subs were a similar experience. There is a better chance of me winning the lottery than me returning to this location.

I order my food online. Once I got to my destination, I realize they put the wrong cheese and didn’t give me extra meat. I called and spoke with the manager and all he could say, was they added two extra scoops. He didn’t even try to fix the issue!! So once I told him that I just wouldn’t go back to that place at all, he said okay!!! Food is already expensive as it is, if you pay for something you should get it! Why do we need to check our food before we leave?? They don’t have any issues pulling the money right out of our account!

This Subway gets worse and worse. The guy making my sub grabbed my bread with his bare hands then tried to hurry and put gloves on. Then, you can’t sit in and eat comfortably because it’s so dirty. The tables and chairs have old food on it and overall it looks unsanitary in there.

I made a mobile order and got the hotshot Italiano with extra meat and pepper jack cheese on flatbread and the flatbread that I got was almost like paper and wasn't toasted so when I got home (2 minutes away) I was expecting a hot sandwich and had provolone cheese on it instead of pepper jack

Outrageous racist crooks - I am a regular customer. I Ordered the steak egg and cheese footlong and the turkey and cheese footlong and 6 oatmeal cookies. Buy one get one free. I've purchased the steak egg and cheese in the past and I'm aware of the fact that you're supposed to get four eggs on the sandwich. This time however I counted three eggs on the sandwich and it appeared as though there wasn't the normal amount of steak on the sandwich either. He also put the 6 cookies in a small bag instead of a box as advertised and had to come back to the counter to request the box to keep the cookies from being broken up. Upon finishing the sandwich I asked the manager Haseem if you're still supposed to get four eggs on the sandwich? He said no, that corporate has changed it from four to three eggs. Then I asked him how many eggs are you supposed to get on the 6-inch and he said one and a half and he said this in the presence of a female co-worker and his other co-worker Ian in the back. With the look on her face I knew what he said was not true. I asked him if that's all of the Subway restaurants and he said yes. I left the store went outside called two other restaurants who said that they put four eggs on the footlong sandwich, came back in the store and confronted him and then he changed his story and said he made a mistake and he would correct it. I'm alleging racism and deliberate harassment. I told him I wasn't interested in him correcting anything, I told him I no longer trust you and that I'm not sure why but I think he did it deliberately. I think he should be fired. Beyond that he made the allegation that in compensating for the absence of four eggs he gave me more steak which is also not true and irrelevant. The worst part is there used to be a clear glass where the ingredients are put on the sandwich now there's a stainless steel partition in that part of the sandwich making process at that particular restaurant which quite frankly All things considered is not good business. A new girl at this location with short orange hair. Just quit making my sandwich and refused to give me extra banana peppers. She said" I can't give you more I will get fired and just stopped with a attitude "I order the same sandwich everytime no problems I ask for extra veggies because that is the ONLY thing in my sandwich.HORRIBLE experience for the first time and for a employee to just quit serving you due to asking for extra banana peppers is unacceptable in everyway!!!!
