Great friendly staff. Good espresso drinks. Good place to hang out with friends. The owner was on premises and she was very knowledgeable about coffee.

Just waited 25 minutes for one latte. This is a normal thing here. No sense of urgency from the staff. I was late to work because of their lack of care.

I’ve been here a couple of times so far as far as the lattes here , hit and miss , not impressed so far, I’ll try one more time and see if it’s just my picks or it’s the actual coffee here. The food also nothing to write home about, pretty generic , the bakery cookies also a hit and miss, today both cookies , stall , hard , hard to chew , hard to swallow, the Nutella cookie pretty much was a very dry cookie with a thin layer of Nutella I take it, I would suggest swapping out old bakery items, taste testing the espresso and making sure it’s not burnt . I like local shops, I think it feels cozy here , I’ll give it one more try but in my honest opinion so far I’d give them a 3.

A friend told me about this place! I had a cinnamon bun latte with oatmilk, and it was soooooo good. Then I ordered an everything bagel with egg and cheese, another great option. Definitely check this place out!

This is a fantastic little find for me, being a mom of a toddler, teen, and baby. I’ve included photos of the spot, and it has events to help navigate the evenings with a family and social lives. The coffee was good, and would order again. The panini was not over done which I appreciated. The barista was helpful but professional and helped explain the beer wall which was something I’d never come across!Kid-friendliness: Love the stuff they’ve dedicated to letting kids exist here! I’ve added a couple photos to show this place is very kid friendly. They have a corner with games and a wall for chalk coloring, and a reading nook, and plenty of space to walk around.

Christian is the best coffee barista in town. He is always friendly to everyone. We were in today, and at least 8 people came in 3 minutes to close. He welcomed everyone. His drinks are better than any other coffee place on the penninsula. He knows our name and our drinks, is always cleaning or preparing something, and just really brings so much joy to this business. He needs a raise!!! We also really love the games and would like to see some puzzles.

I ate at the Sweet Beans on center at NASA Langley right when it had opened for the day and ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon. The egg was overcooked and spongy. The bacon didn’t look like it was cooked at all as it looked like mushy, pink crumbs. I asked the employee if this was cooked and she then proceeded to show me the frozen bag of freezer burned pre-cooked bacon bits that they use. She made me a replacement burrito with no bacon, just egg and cheese. This time, it tasted like they used a moldy rag to clean the panini maker in between uses. I don’t think I’d recommend this place again.

Tried Sweet Beans for the first time today after someone brought chocolate covered strawberries from there. (Amazing) I then went to get some on my own. Service was top notch. Food was top of the line and got a chai latte that put Starbucks to shame. This is the spot for your coffee/tea needs, fruit arrangements and quick bites. 5 stars all day!

Had coffee and scones. This place has friendly and welcoming staff, couches, board and card games, and books. There's also a wall with self-serve beer taps; I would definitely come back with a group of friends!

Locally owned funky spot with plenty of seating for small groups of friends and family to gather for coffee, tea, food, and spirits. Eclectic decor and warm atmosphere. My black coffee was excellent, and my wife's fancier decaf selection was delicious as well. The local ducks dig it, and you will, too. Highly recommended.Parking: Parking lot with disabled parking right up front.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Right up front.

Very unique coffee shop. Sweet beans has great lattes and a lot of community activities available. I have joined a knitting/crochet group that meets there. My husband has joined a magic the gathering group there. They have someone who teaches painting classes there. My husband and I have only been in this area for a few month and sweet beans has become a regular spot for us to where some of the baristas recognize us. Great local spot.Vegetarian options: Veggie panini’s and burritos.

Love this place. the coffee is on point and they never disappoint in food items. Nothing tastes over processed fast food-like. It's like the food is made with real ingredients from a kitchen. Always worth the stop and the couple extra min it takes, but I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for coffee and a bagel sandwich. Owners are great, workers are great and they actually know about coffee and teach their workers about it. If you aren't getting your coffee here, you are missing out.
