This Taco Bell is close by, and my second visit to a Taco Bell in 5 years. The woman on the speaker taking my order was lovely, but the worker at the window seemed, upset over something. The food was good, hot, tasty, a great price.

Parking: It's a bit difficult to find, and get to, but never busy, in and out

I've never gotten food here that wasn't stale... Not once... And of course it's a taco bell/KFC so the service was bare minimum as u would expect, same with the atmosphere

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT go here. Staff is very unfriendly. Every single time I’ve gone here and I mean every single time it’s always SOMETHING. First time I went they only had a chicken sandwich….that was at 9pm… the second time they didn’t have any Taco Bell items…. The third time they got mad because they started making something I didn’t even ask for and got mad that I wouldn’t buy it. Lastly (tonight) I went through the drive thru and they said “ can you just come inside to order” in a super rude way 0/10. Don’t go here. They prob won’t have what you want anyways. Super rude, unhelpful, and lazy

I love taco bell but this location is very low on service, politeness, customer satisfaction, experience and service. I came through drive thru and the order taker was extremely rude to the point where I will never order from there again and explaining to everyone else not to order anything from this restaurant. Asia the girl who took my wife and I order was unapologetically rude, did not give us a receipt, our food was not wrapped properly and pulled us over for a very simple order. There were no cars behind us and one car which was pulled already in front of us. I called the 1 800 number to no avail, nothing has been done and no one has reached out to us to find out anything. If this is the way this restaurant will operate, they should very well shut down or get rid of Asia. This store can make money with the proper tools but not like this. Absolutely not like this .

Service was slow and I ordered six soft tacos with no lettuce. All had lettuce and barely any meat. This is poor service and I hate I wasted my money

You show up and there’s no communication at the speaker. You could sit there for 25 minutes and say hello to see if anyone is there and they will ignore you. If you pull up to the window, they will tell you they can’t take your order at the window for safety reasons. The staff there was rude for unknown reasons. They ignored the entire drive through and told them to go away for 2 hours straight so 20 cars left. They did not give an explanation as to why, they just refused service without explanation and lost a lot of business for unknown reasons. It would’ve made more sense if they just closed the store entirely if they didn’t want to work or if there was some sort of issue going on behind the scenes. Instead they just ignored everyone in the drive through and got rude and aggressive at the window if you pulled up confused on why they weren’t answering. I understand things happen sometimes so usually I wouldn’t be giving this a bad review but the service was incredibly rude and they were very mean out of nowhere, it was disheartening.It just seemed like they didn’t want to work.

This has got to be the slowest and most unfriendly Taco Bell in the state of Virginia. I waited 22 min after pulling around and parking like they asked me. Then they forgot 2 items, so I went inside and had to wait an addition 10-12 min to get those. Then the staff didn’t even try to acknowledge that I was standing there at the register. There was no apology or anything for getting the order incorrect. All there staff member said was “here”. Just go ahead a close this one. It’s BAD!
