I’ve never in my LIFE waited 30 minutes for 3 cars to get through a drive through. This is WILD. I will never come here again. Felt like I was in stand still traffic on 95 South with a fatal crash just for a quesadilla. Choose somewhere else unless you have all night to wait.

I don’t know who the manager is at this location but word of advice is to never ever get rid of Paul He has the most exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but even if the food is nasty, I would come back just for his service. That is what I am talking about you make sure you keep him around and please don’t take advantage of your good people

This location has stopped serving cups of water. Wanted us to buy bottles only. Small soda was $3.75 and was a child size cup. Quesadilla came only with half the filling and paper wrapper was covered in cheese. Air conditioning was not working well. Also seemed to be a homeless hangout now.

I want to give a shoutout to Paul working the drive-thru at Taco Bell on Mercury in Hampton around 10 PM. He was super friendly, polite, and had great energy even late at night. He got the order right and made the whole experience better. You don’t always get service like that, especially that late. Paul is awesome!

HORRIBLE experience, store on West Mercury Blvd. If I could give zero stars I would. The driver tossed the bag onto the porch so all the food was a mess - but the food was DISGUSTING anyway. The nachos had a few tablespoons of cheese, no sour cream, no refried beans and a stone cold tablespoon of black beans. The second one was the same except he got meat and there was hardly any of that either. It was basically just broken chips. The hard tacos were soggy and inedible. The nacho fries were stone cold and when I heated them up they were disgusting and grainy. We spent $75+ on all the food and the only thing somewhat edible were the couple burritos we ordered, even though they didn't add any of the extras we paid for. We tried to call and talk to them about it and they didn't care - didn't even say sorry. This place is a DISGRACE. They made it very clear they didn't care and they should for how much we spent. I can't stress enough to not order from here - in store or delivery.
