They did a great job, my grandson doesnt like the jalapeno sauce on his quasadilla and they accomdated him beautifully.

HORRIBLE experience, store on West Mercury Blvd. If I could give zero stars I would. The driver tossed the bag onto the porch so all the food was a mess - but the food was DISGUSTING anyway. The nachos had a few tablespoons of cheese, no sour cream, no refried beans and a stone cold tablespoon of black beans. The second one was the same except he got meat and there was hardly any of that either. It was basically just broken chips. The hard tacos were soggy and inedible. The nacho fries were stone cold and when I heated them up they were disgusting and grainy. We spent $75+ on all the food and the only thing somewhat edible were the couple burritos we ordered, even though they didn't add any of the extras we paid for. We tried to call and talk to them about it and they didn't care - didn't even say sorry. This place is a DISGRACE. They made it very clear they didn't care and they should for how much we spent. I can't stress enough to not order from here - in store or delivery.

Terrible experience at Taco Bell. I placed an order through the mobile app, but when I arrived, the drive-thru line was so long that getting in line would’ve blocked other cars from entering or exiting the parking lot. The parking lot setup is a mess.
I decided to park and go inside, but even though the doors were unlocked, I was told the lobby was closed and they were only serving through the drive-thru. Since there was no way for me to get my food, I canceled the order and was told I’d receive a refund within 1–3 business days through the app.
It’s now June 27th, and my order was placed on June 19th. I still haven’t received my refund, and later today I’ll have to file a dispute with my bank. Completely unacceptable.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, this is the best Taco Bell on the planet and it needs to be said. I have never had an issue with my order here and the staff is amazing. I have never seen a Taco Bell with such a positive and happy staff in my life. Everyone there exudes positivity and friendliness. Every single time I come here, the ladies working the counter are amazing. The entire team seems to get along. I’ve waited an hour for Taco Bell before at other locations but even during peak hours, this place always has it together. I never do the drive thru at night so I can’t speak to that, but I will go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell before I choose another. Keep up the amazing teamwork, it is definitely noticed.

How is this store still open? Placed an order on the app at 8:51 pm, it said the order would be ready at 9 pm. We decided to go into the store since the drive thru was busier, huge mistake.
The order was 1 steak and cheese chrunchwrap sliders, 1 caliente chicken burrito meal, 1 discovery luxe box and 1 steak grilled cheese burrito.
I waited 30 mins before asking one of the employees if my order had gone through and was on the screen? The employee said yes it was on the screen over the drive through but hasn't made it over to the other screens. In that 30 mins, 4 people came in and placed an order and left with no problem.
About another 15 mins pass, some girl comes in cussing on the phone and then yelling where is her order? Demanding a refund. She started threatening to steal all the mobile orders that were completed. She threatened to steal the cashier register. She said she was going to climb over the counter and beat everyone up.
She started calling everyone working there profanities. After her yelling at everyone for 15 mins, she asked for another refund and the manager came up and gave her one. I then asked for a refund aslo. He said he couldn't give me a refund because I placed an order through the app. I asked when my food would be ready since its already been an hour. He said I would get it when I get it, and he doesn't have a time for me. I said okay well I would just like my food then and he said I was trying to make it but now i'm over here talking to you instead of making the food. I said okay well can I please just get my food then. He said you just have to wait. I asked how people can come in and place an order in store and leave within 10 mins of ordering but my order has taken an hour and I still don't have my food. He said that's just how it works. He then told me I need to stop yelling and cursing at him. I never raised my voice or said one cuss word. I said there was just someone in here cursing at everyone and threatening people and they didn't say a word to her, But they are yelling at me.
8 People has come in placed an order and left while i was there. There was also multiple people that had placed door dash, uber eats or mobile orders that had come in and left also. We left without food or a refund. I called tacobell customer service they offered me a refund and one free item. I think that is a tad bizarre for the manager being so rude to not only me but other people in the store.

For some reason the nachos tasted like it had salt poured over them which Is a no no because I suffer from high blood pressure and second I'm not even going to get on the fact how much slow service is when waiting to receive your food if u are dining in smh Alot of times there isn't even but a two to three cars in line and no customers inside so how those this work I'll wait oh I almost forgot taco bell at this location needs to tighten up on the meat portions it's a shame working hard folks get taken advantage of with the small portions this location gives out do better taco bell

Tje people, food and restaurant is great! The only thing I have a problem with is the Taco Bell App. It messes up a lot and does not give you the rewards it sats you have everytime.
