I placed a late-night order through the Taco Bell app for delivery, and everything arrived in great condition. Considering how busy Taco Bell can get during late hours—especially being one of the only food spots open—the service was smooth and the food was packed well. Definitely impressed with how they handled the rush and kept the quality consistent.

Just came thru the drive thru placing an order when I noticed she only had one steak burrito I tell her it is supposed to be 2 she acknowledged it but the screen was still wrong by the time I got to the window. So I mention it to her again that is when she tells me I need to go back around and place a new order! I was like what no I am not going back around you need to fix it! I request the manager hoping she understands the situation and fix the order but you are not going to believe this the manager tells me I need to go back around as well because now she has a line! What in the world and how in the world as a manager are you even trained to handle your cashier messing up! Manager also refused to provide her name! Absolutely unacceptable I will never go back to that location because of the attitude I received from both employees. If you are not trained or educated to attend to customers especially when you are the ones messing up an order then you shouldn’t even hold that position working at a fast food chain!

My daughter had a negative experience today at this location. She was being harassed by 3 employees who demanded to get her age, number, and full name even though she said no and told them she was a minor multiple times. This is highly unprofessional and the employees were going inside the bathroom together and then approaching her individually. The woman who seemed like the manager or supervisor did not do anything about the situation.

I ordered three Taco supreme and all, but one was cracked up. The ingredients were all outside the shells. They gave the wrong sauce also. This should be the exception, not the rule. Don't they do QA?

I came in last Sunday from service and when I ordered my food, my card would not read. There was money on the card, but my card is old and not in the best shape. The whole taco ball team was very nice, and kind to me. A big thank you to Miss. Bria for being nice, kind, and helpful. The store was also very clean, and the food was very fresh. If I could give 10 stars I would thank you again.
Cold small fry, ordered large fry... Quesadilla cold cheese hard.....no lettuce in Power bowl...this was In restaurant experience...yes ...Gave me lettuce in little cup...DONE!!!!

It would be nice to get a full carton of fries. I ordered 2 large Nacho Cheese Fries both boxes 1/2 full...I paid close to 45 bucks for food here. Would be nice to get what you pay for.

I work late at amazon i have lunch break at 2 am for 30 min to wait through a line for 15 and be told "were only doing dadh or app" why? I get poor service here normally slow rude indignant now I can't even order . Waste of time I eat fast food because of convenience and now it's not fast it's always getting pricey for what it is and it's not even convenient 🙃 never eating here again waste of time
