I typically never leave reviews because fast food is fast food you can never be too picky, but this is the worst experience at this establishment. This place is very hit or miss, but typically it’s okay. First of all we waited maybe 20 minutes for the food, when we got the food the whole bag was lukewarm. we looked through the bag and they had not given us our dulce de leche cinnabons, which is like it’s fine cuz they’re only $2 so i wasn’t super upset. I get home and we start eating and we realize they had given us the complete wrong taco, we ordered a dlt and we got regular. not to mention they where barely filled with any filling and where soggy. i don’t mind soggy food because we went through the drive thru but still. when i opened my flat bread they had put the most amount of sauce i have ever seen, when i had asked for LIGHT sauce. like does that look like light sauce to you?? Not to mention there being legit like 4 pieces of chicken. the nacho fries where also lukewarm as well as the cheese. the cheese cups where warm and curdled. mind you my order was $30.

Rude and lazy staff in drive though. Fiesta potatoes were burnt and shriveled up, I ordered the supreme crunch wrap and literally there was no cheese and the whole thing crumbled. Staff could care less, dont speak to you or even know the menu enough to answer questions. 30.00

Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened

The steak and chicken are so much better than the ground beef options. Get EVERYTHING steak or chicken and you'll like taco bell. ***There is a $1 upcharge for the steak and the chicken, but it's worth it.***

This is what I got after waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes before any acknowledgement I was there, no one in drive thru line. Why?

Got home, Baja Blast was just carbonated water. Called restaurant and told they were out of Baja Blast. A sign or shutting off that option would be real helpful. Paid for useless drinks. Not cool.

Super slow and inaccurate service. We waited about 15 minutes to get our food (with only one order ahead of us). When I tried to tell them I got the wrong order, there was no way to talk to an employee after waiting a few minutes at the counter

Grabbed some food quickly after a sports event. Food was pretty good for fast food. Quick, accurate service.

I came into the restaurant because there was a moderate drive through line. I was repeatedly ignored by the staff. I needed to order at the register because the item on the menu wasnt on the kiosk and i needed to pay cash. I asked for help over and over again only to be told sorry and a nonverbal refusal to assist. Nothing was done to help.
Let me say this again, everyone working behind the counter refused to assist or even talk to me except to say "sorry" and walk away.
After 10 minutes of trying to get help juliet, at the drive through window, finally acknowledged my presence with a finger then proceeded to ignore me for 5 more minutes. No manager to be found even when I requested one. While all this was happening others were entering orders and being served ahead of me and my friend. It took 15 minutes to get an order placed and 10 more minutes to get food. Employees Could be heard swearing in the food prep area. The entire experience was unacceptable. It wasnt just unacceptable it was infuriating. I do not normally bother with surveys. There were other people behind me also waiting for service and being ignored.
