It’s too bad - my food was bad and overcooked which made it hard to eat. Also my food looked like it was just thrown into the bag without proper preparation.

I specifically asked for an extra avocado salsa, which is supposed to be twenty cents.They charged me sixty nine cents twice.And I never got any sauce, including hot, mild, nothing. I didn't realize this till I got all the way home. So I was not gonna go back. And when I called up there to tell them what happened, the girl answered the phone with. Hello, I said. Is this Taco Bell? She said yes it's taco bell. Bad experience all the way around with the food as well.

The team was nice and I got my order fairly quick. I ordered a cup of ice with my order and they told me management doesn’t allow that. I’ll just take my business to all the other Taco Bell’s that do.

First time I ordered here, I accidently ordered from the app while sitting in a Taco Bell up the road. I am not normally in this area. Everyone here was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was really good. I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell in a while and started eating here again in the past few months. Every time I eat at this particular restaurant the employees are always so friendly. It is fun to listen to the banter while I wait for my food. If you are a fan of Taco Bell and in the area i definitely recommend this location. I also tend to customize my food and so it is really great that not only is it fresh it always tastes good. Sorry didn’t think to get more pictures of the food.

I will never go to another taco.Bell only this one. The shift manager's name was Charmaine.Daniels, and this woman went above and beyond to help me with my order. Caring, helpful, courteous, clean environment. She was amazing food was even better. It's the only taco bell I will ever go to.

They get upset because I was overcharged smh apparently i need to ask for a discount on a special all Taco Bell have daily please forgive me I didn’t want to be charged full price for 1.99 sweet tea that you’re company have a sign on window !!!! Disgusting Dishonesty!!

Let me tell you this customer service is everything! I don’t know who they got working the drive-through intercom on October 23rd 2025 around 5:20 PM, but that little girl was rude. I just end up canceling the order and drove to the Taco Bell on big Bethel. Those kids have good customer service!

Please don't go here. This is by far the worst tasting taco bell that I have had in the area, and that's saying something, because this is a brand new establishment. Oh yeah, got my order, and the chips were missing the sauce. I asked for hot sauce, and never received it. This place is trash.

The worst customer service. Night Manager claimed to be the gm was rude to his staff and the customers. I dont know if it was his first night or what. He could not print receipts. He couldn't verify orders. I had to show card statement to get food it was so unorganized. He got mad at customer cursing and yelling. I do not recommend 😐 Hampton needs to do better. Taco Bell needs to do better.
