Ordered dinner for me and the wife. The bag comes tied up after driving home, I open the bag and the chicken is not on my bowl. I drive back to the restaurant (8:15) pm another 15 minutes, tell them what the issue was and they said coming right up. They proceed to give everyone there order that came in after me, I sat there for approximately 38 minutes (8:53) pm waiting for them to remake my order. They approach me and say we’re out of white rice would you like brown rice to substitute the fried rice. It is now 9:01 pm i still haven’t received my food. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Very disappointed to say the least. Shift manager didn’t apologize and wasn’t empathetic at all, i heard frustration from the kitchen.

I ordered doordash from this store. One hour later no food called the store manager said some door dash driver picked up my order over 40 minutes ago showed some bogus idea on his phone and and took it. Not helpful at all.. 100.00 plus order

I’ve been here a few times and this time was the most disappointing. My wait was long and my food was burnt. I think I’m good on this place.
Been frequently getting take out and delivery from here and I'm rarely disappointed. The teriyaki bowl is my absolute favorite with white rice and im always happy for what I get. Im not a big fan of the orange chicken because it's pretty mushy but overall all the other meat options I have tried have been awesome. Highly recommend trying it out.

This is my first time here I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl. I was surprised that the good portion sizes I got and I assumed it would be thick teriyaki sauce on it, but it wasn’t and I’m happy about that. The workers were friendly and the shop was clean and I got my order fairly quickly. I would come back and try their other dishes.

I ordered the large 2 protein bowl. The portion size was a joke. The actual bowl was a large but the portions would barely fill a small bowl. Much bigger portions for cheaper at Panda Express. Doubt I'll be back. Bigger servings for cheaper elsewhere. Didn't even cut up my steak, just long thin cheap slices of steak.

Expensive for one (Panda Express is more worth it ) Just a bunch of regular guys working a wok and grill. There should be a standard. Burned grilled chicken and I mean burned. Fried rice also has a burned teryaki taste as if it was made in a leftover pan. I just want fried rice not teryaki fried rice. The orange chicken was ok but had an odd flavor. I mean I would never try this place ever again

I came in today and I’m truly disappointed. Not only are they understaffed but the working conditions for the employees is terrible. They were so hot and sweating everywhere I didn’t get any food. The floors were super wet like there’s some kind of leak. Definitely a hazard work conditions. Where is the owner? Do they know of any of this?
