DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!
Placed an order for delivery. They outsource to door dash. After an hour and 2 different drivers supposedly being at the store waiting and then “disappearing” from the delivery I call. I get 2 completely different stories from the employee on the phone. One is that it was already picked up and was delivered but NOPE - no food here. Then after being put on hold she came back and told me that there was nothing she could do if the driver cancelled the order. Told me to call DoorDash and complain and ask for refund but I didn’t order through DoorDash - I ordered through their app so DoorDash has no record of the order for me to file a claim and “ my manager would tell you the same thing I just said” basically refusing to help.

Two out of the three visits I’ve had here I’ve had to take my food back, but because the chicken was bright pink and the lady today looked at me like I was crazy although I like this place, I won’t be coming back

So I tried this restaurant for the first time on a Monday last week around 830ish at night. I went in and ordered 2 bowls, only waited about 10 minutes and food was delicious and hot when I got home. So Saturday rolls around and my Fiancé says let’s go to that place again. Well EPIC FAIL! We placed an online order almost 20 minutes before we got there. Waited another 20 minutes for food to be done. Got home and the food was HORRIBLE! Burnt meat, dry noodles, noodles had a weird taste to them, everything was bland and steak was overcooked and dry. How can 2 of the exact same meals be so good and then soooo bad to make us never want to go again. When I went on Monday the lady at the front was so polite and great customer service. On Saturday I sat in the car, my Fiancé said it was a bunch of teenagers working, horrible customer service, and of course bad food! We threw our food away and I ate a bag of popcorn! When I say I was so disappointed that is an understatement! I need my money back for such a bad experience the second time around!
