The Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt Bar at Peninsula Town Center Hampton

$60 dollars for five yogurts and half the machines didn’t work. Place is dirty like they don’t own a broo

We are out of town and have never done frozen yogurt before. Some of the yogurt machines where down. Didnt know about the toppings you couldnt go back to get more tpppings our daughter did I dont know if it was the owner of the place was mean when telling my daughter she couldnt do that and my daughter felt so bad and her attitude was horrible. I get it if your having a rough day but that doesnt give you the right to have a nasty attitude espcially when its not busy but also on top of that the yogurt wasnt that great. I didnt have any but we will not visit again not a great way to be enjoying vacation.

Hmm. Not sure what to say--out of flavors and whipped cream, Some nice labels and some handwritten that were hard to read . A bit grungy and the flavors were not all that great. Cashier was friendly and welcomed us in. Lots of toppings.

Looks like it would be great, however the lady closed the shop down 20 minutes early on a Saturday night. Even though she saw us at the door before 9 pm she just ignored us. Maybe next time…

Not a great experience. Toppings were stale gummies were flavorless. We spent 20$ on Two bowls. That were quite small and for the price we will not be back. It's a shame because they have a great location and has potential. The lady was with a friend and on the phone the whole time. The ice cream was not the best. They need more tlc and care for whoever owns the place. Had to take out because she said she was closing to use the bathroom.

Disgusting... to describe the taste I would say: both flavors I tried tasted like frozen spoiled milk, not frozen yogurt! The price was 13 for a small with no topping! Employee was kind but was sitting down with a group of friends (personally idc whatever you can get away with). Just saying because they all looked under 13. She was the only employee...

This is a standard frozo place, except half of their flavors were unavailable. Counter lady was very nice. A bit expensive for what it was. Didn't quite fill the bowl and it was $13.20!

This guy was sitting on his phone eating food the whole time. I just got my tonsils out so I can't talk he kept of saying how he needed a 40$ tip to go smoke weed afterwards. Then when I did speak up and say hey I just want my yogurt I just got my tonsils out he said I didn't need to catch an attitude with him and he said you can take your business elsewhere so we did and left. He wouldn't let us pay and leave. He threw our food out.

I've been greeted by a youngster. She said I could serve myself with whatever I needed. They charge based on the weight of the cup and not on the ingredients you choose. There are many options and I loved it

We visited 12/16 around 5:30pm after doing some shopping. After getting our frozen yogurt and paying we were told by the cashier "I'm not doing dine in today" when we tried to sit down. There were no signs or prior notification and since its winter time this is unacceptable. Last time visiting

Went on a girl's night out with my Twin and Daughters. My oldest daughter who is a highschool student actually treated us for once. She is super sweet ❤️. Now the problem is the bill should of only been $38 instead her card was charged twice ?!!! And immediately we addressed the young employee and she claimed to text her manager. Would you believe that was two weeks ago and no one still has gotten back to my daughter ?. It's hard to give back to a community when they community doesn't even care enough to take accountability for their mistakes ?. Sure wish the manager would fix the issue. Something I forgot to mention was when we first walked up to the store the door was locked!??? So we decided to back 30 minutes later and the doors was open the employee was just a little short tempered...

It's pretty standard as far as frozen yogurt places go. Never had a bad experience in terms of the dessert. However, the customer service experience here can be inconsistent, so I have to deduct a star. I've never seen the same employee here twice, which means depending on who's behind the register, you'll either have someone who's nice and cordial, or someone with an attitude, which I've had happen before. I still say go for it if you're interested in a frozen yogurt place, but just be prepared to know that the lone employee on staff may not always be the nicest or most helpful

I am highly disappointed in the service and communication this staff gives. I went there 8/20/2023 on a Sunday , but to my surprise the door was locked, which is not a problem even though their website and sign on the door says open. So I called to check, to my surprise I was answered with rudeness. I hope this establishment gets better with their staff’s communication to customers.
