We visited 12/16 around 5:30pm after doing some shopping. After getting our frozen yogurt and paying we were told by the cashier "I'm not doing dine in today" when we tried to sit down. There were no signs or prior notification and since its winter time this is unacceptable. Last time visiting

Went on a girl's night out with my Twin and Daughters. My oldest daughter who is a highschool student actually treated us for once. She is super sweet ❤️. Now the problem is the bill should of only been $38 instead her card was charged twice ?!!! And immediately we addressed the young employee and she claimed to text her manager. Would you believe that was two weeks ago and no one still has gotten back to my daughter ?. It's hard to give back to a community when they community doesn't even care enough to take accountability for their mistakes ?. Sure wish the manager would fix the issue. Something I forgot to mention was when we first walked up to the store the door was locked!??? So we decided to back 30 minutes later and the doors was open the employee was just a little short tempered...

Half the flavors weren’t available. Was told by the girl at the register “I’m not doing dine in today” even though there were no signs saying so or blocked off chairs. Didn’t feel like cleaning tables maybe? 1st and last

It's pretty standard as far as frozen yogurt places go. Never had a bad experience in terms of the dessert. However, the customer service experience here can be inconsistent, so I have to deduct a star. I've never seen the same employee here twice, which means depending on who's behind the register, you'll either have someone who's nice and cordial, or someone with an attitude, which I've had happen before. I still say go for it if you're interested in a frozen yogurt place, but just be prepared to know that the lone employee on staff may not always be the nicest or most helpful

I am highly disappointed in the service and communication this staff gives. I went there 8/20/2023 on a Sunday , but to my surprise the door was locked, which is not a problem even though their website and sign on the door says open. So I called to check, to my surprise I was answered with rudeness. I hope this establishment gets better with their staff’s communication to customers.

Its over priced for a snack and they only had a few flavors available. One machine wasnt working. The toppings looked old and stale. Sweet frog is much better. Four of us got maybe half a cup each and it was not good quality for the price. I was disappointed in the texture. Seemed cheaply made and the mint chocolate chip tasted off, like chemicals. It was empty mid day on a weekend compared to sweet frog that is always busy. That should of been a warning for the service they provide.

My family and I loved the concept and the great tasting frozen yogurt. The type and amount of toppings was great, enough for variety without being overwhelming. The owner is pleasant and great to talk with.Highly recommend and will be back.

I'm never greeted by the teenage staff, though those after me always are. The teenage staff also tends to demand to know what payment type will be utilized as soon as I enter the door. Both happen frequently. Kinda seems like they cater to specific demographic. The owner, however, is always lovely. But the aforementioned has led to less frequent visits.

The lone employee was fantastic. She described the process of dispensing your own flavors and an estimate of how much it would cost if you went overboard with greed. There were fresh toppings and they also sold other delicacies like small cakes and macaroons. This was a pleasant stop on a hot day of shopping at PTC.

Very, very expensive. Even with a (much appreciated!) military discount. I don’t see us frequenting here for $8–10 per medium sundae.

Limited flavors available (5 in total), disinterested employees, most toppings on wall are melted so they won't dispense. And to top it off, the pricing is outrageous.

There was only one employee, who was on the phone or in the back the whole time I was there. At least 3 machines on the wall holding the toppings didn't work. The toppings like fruit didn't seem fresh and my kids said the chocolate chips didn't taste right. There were also several frozen yogurt dispensers that were out of service.

i walked in and was greeted by a young lightskin lady with long curly hair?. (i think she said her name was kailinn). she was so gracious and nice to me. i spent 15 minutes? deciding which flavor to use and she stood right with me while i asked her about every single little detail about her very single one of the fro yo flavors. this young lady deserves a raise!!!! , great service, you don’t see this from black kids anymore, so she is the FUTURE’S CHANGE❤️❤️❤️❤️

The lady that was working in there was very rude and dismissive. She acted as if we were bothering her when we went in to get froyo. I didn’t even know that she worked there she was sitting at one of the table playing on her phone with her hood up. Then as we were paying she stated that we could not sit inside. There were no signs stating that customers could not sit inside.
