I had the salmon cake breakfast. The salmon cake was morning but breading. Thick breaded crust and nothing but breading inside. Biscuit was hard as a brick. I complained. They made it clear how sorry they were and they put it on the kitchen and the cooks but still no let me give you a discount or anything. The waitress did go talk to the cook and had them make a new one to hand to us on our way our the door. Thank you. It was better but still not good at all. My meal was 15 dollars. They implemented a new system today and I waited forever for food. No complaints. We understood. But the food. And then the lack of customer service from management. My husband was disappointed with his meal too. Won't be back.

First off, the waitress we had was very sweet and the staff seemed really friendly, aside from the manager. The food was not very good and the quality of the items were very poor. The hashbrowns tasted freezer burned and heated up in a microwave and the same issue is to be said with the fries. The meat is very chewy and overcooked. The restaurant itself is very dirty and you will be swarmed by flies. Also you have to pay with cash, it may be my fault but I saw no signs saying that it was cash only, the waitress even saw me get my card out and said nothing. The price was also not justifiable for the quality of food you received. Honestly if you want to come here I recommend Angelos instead, better food and atmosphere.

i was in tommys this morning one my favorite places when i walked in normally someone greets you . Today there was like 4 or 5 severs sitting at the table talking one in a birthday sash i stood right next to the table they where at no one ever said good morning or can i help you nothing .after standing there for about 4 to 5 minutes of listening to one of them talk about there grand child needing a iron and a ironing board my feeling where truly hurt because tommys is one of the place you come and you get that home feeling soon after carrie came up to me and asked if i needed help got my order then the cashier walked over i paid for my order gave carrie a 10 dollar tip and left . i say this to say you never know who is in your presence .

Visited Tommy's restaurant after a promotion ceremony on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. It was extremely busy. We had quite a long wait from seating until our food arrived. Our waiter was excellent and kept a smile on his face despite being stretched thin with the amount of tables he serviced.

I came with me & my bf and everything was okay. Before we even came in the parking lot was packed so we thought we was finna grubbbbb.
When we came in they had a thing that said cash only but they had an atm right at the door so we was good.
We was waiting for a good minute for someone to even take our order & drinks. But they were asking us as they walked by to attend other ppl and our waiter was really sweet and apologetic about it. I did not get her name but she made sure to make sure we were good.
I got the eggs, bacon, sausage patty, grits & i got pancakes he got French toast. The waiter we had was really sweet, and she was considerate. I asked for cheese on my eggs and I think there was bc I saw a small piece of cheese in it but it didn’t taste like there was cheese and they had little to no flavor and were dry. the grits, eggs had no flavor. I’m also really picky with my eggs tho so maybe it’s js me but it just wasn’t good.
The fried apples had too much nutmeg and cinnamon. It was no sweetness js the flavor. I added sugar to it and it did get a tad better but all that nutmeg was throwing it off.
This seems like a good spot to go with your family, but not for good eats. The pancakes and the bacon were really good tho. I added some whipped cream on my pancake and it was good. I got me some apple juice also to drink and I’m ngl that juice had me NEEDING to check my blood pressure lol. It was extremely sweet.
This is a good place but if I was to ever come back I would edit my order a lot to make it taste better than what it was. Or I’ll just pay attention to see who in the kitchen cs not everybody know how to put love in every dish they make.

Undercooked and greasy eggs and sausage because “people don’t have the patience to wait for cooked food” per managers words. Out of the can unprepared spiced apples, cold grits with a cheese slice slapped in there. Kudos to our server, busted his butt while no-one else was helping him.

Great find for me in Hampton fish and eggs were great. Plenty of food you shouldn't walk away hungry. Only draw back is it's cash only and I had to use the ATM there as I never carry cash. But the food was worth the ATM surcharge

Heard about this place for years and decided to stop by while I was in the area. They take cash only and there’s an ATM inside. The food was kinda bland but decent portion for what you pay. Waitress was very sweet and provided great service. My food came out in less than 10 minutes. There were mostly regulars that knew each other and the waitstaff. Wasn’t what everyone raves about but cool if you want a lot of food for cheap.
