Child placed a mobile order at this location by mistake. I immediately called to get it cancelled and refunded. Employee told me she’d get a manager, hung up on me. Called back, got assistant manager. Had to go ask the manager. They told me they don’t do refunds and I’d have to get over it. Order# 37383676514467841 in case anyone who runs this place cares to help me.

I visited Tropical Smoothie at 8:30 Open sign on and hours were 9:00 pm close.
I was told they were only taking online orders. If you can prepare an online order why can’t you prepare an in store order or post on the your website that you are closed for walk in at 8:30? Poor business

FIRST OF ALL I COME TO THIS LOCATION ALL THE TIME!! IT USE TO BE MY FAVORITE LOCATION!! I GOT MY FOOD AND THE BAG OF CHIPS LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY WERE OPENED AND TRIED TO BE RESEALED WITH A VACUUM SEALER. WHEN I CALLED TO LET THE OWNER KNOW I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET MY ORDER REDONE, I INFORMED THE OWNER THAT I WAS AT WORK AND THAT I WAS COMING AFTER I GOT OFF OF WORK WHICH I WAS ASSURED THAT WAS OK AND SHE TOOK MY NAME. WHEN I GOT THERE WITH MY COLD OLD FOOD THAT WAS NOT EATEN OR DRANK. THE MANAGER ON DUTY(YOUNG LADY)CALLS THE SO CALL OWNER AND IS TOLD TO NOT REMAKE MY FOOD!!! THE WHOLE ORDER WAS NOT TOUCHED. THE WRAP WASN'T EVEN OPENED THE SMOOTHIE WAS NOT DRANK. THEN WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER, I AM TOLD THAT I CANNOT SPEAK TO HER. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU TRYING TO RUN. I FINALLY GET MY FOOD REMADE AND IT IS THE WORSE QUALITY EVER, THE WRAP DOESN'T HAVE DRESSING ON IT NOR DOES IT HAVE CRISPS IN IT, I NEVER GOT MY REMADE SMOOTHIE. NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND ORDER FOOD WHEN WE GOT THERE AND THEY DID NOT HAVE BANANAS FOR THE COMBO MEAL THE SMOOTHIE HAS NO FLAVOR AND THE WRAP WAS THROWN TOGETHER. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE, I HAVE EVER HAD A TROPICAL SMOOTHIE!!! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN INTRICATE IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY BUT NOW I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER HEALTHY OPTION AS I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED. IF YOU ARE NEAR THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE AND WANT SOMETHING TO EAT AND DRINK, I BEG YOU NOT TO SPEND A DIME HERE AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH COPORATE ABOUT ALL OF THIS AS WELL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I ONLY PUT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT POST WITHOUT PUTTING AT LEAST 1 STAR BUT THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!!!!

Was visiting Virginia and came to this location with a friend that lives here and I can tell you it is absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had at any food Spot in over 20 years.
The first girl that I talked with was pretty nice and welcoming at the register but she took our order and then clocked out. Another employee was walking around with her shirt out and looking very unprofessional saying,she lost the key to the bathroom.
She also had clocked out and could not take my order.
Then another employee came to the register that was going to clock in and she got into a conversation with the other employee that was leaving and wouldn't even pay attention to the customers coming in or me, though I had been standing there for at least 10 min. No joke.
The employee at the register looked troubled as if she didn't even want to be there.
Also we had placed our order for three of us with the first girl when we first walked in and somehow one of us got our food and it took 20 minutes for the other two plates to come out . I had to ask what was taking so long? they didn't even tell us anything about being patient. that our meal was being prepared.
It looked like a full crew working in the back but yet no professionalism to tell customers that were walking in that they would be with them in a moment.
I wanted to purchase 2 bottled waters and told the employee at the register and she totally bypassed me as three customers came in and she took care of two customers even though I had told her I just wanted to place an order for two bottled waters .
I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for that.
So when I waited for about 5 minutes and noticed that nothing was happening. I had to interrupt her to tell her to please get my bottled waters that I wasn't going to wait 20 more minutes for 2 bottled waters
She acted clueless like she was unable to do anything , so I asked one of the girls in the back preparing the sandwiches and they finally brought me the bottled waters.
It is so sad.
It was an absolute circus show! No professionalism. No consideration for customers. This place needs a complete training program ASAP !!!! and Coaching on how to operate as a team.

so let me first start by saying that these girls (jasmine and the short white girl with the glasses sorry to say it like that but idk her name) they are the absolute best...they are always there always friendly they can be the only ones there making food smoothies and running the register all while still being friendly... this location is definitely under staffed and they need to be the new owners lol....keep up the good work ladies you guys deserve a big raise ......tighten up owners....

This is the BEST Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The fruit is fresh, (mangoes) so juicy, not like some precut and preserved with additives… and absolutely love love love the coconut shavings… some other give shredded coconut…. Big thank you for providing great service and preparing the BEST ever Açaí Bowl!!! You totally got it right!!!

This store had 2 employees working and both looked right at me and then said we will be right with you. 20 mins later they continued to look at me and at no point was I ever helped. Several other people came in at no point were they ever helped either. If you can't help customers and you don't have the staff to run the store SHUT DOWN THE STORE AND HIRE PEOPLE. You can drive to juat about every corner in Hampton and find people lokking for work so please hire more people and or close down this business. AVOID THIS STORE THE STAFF ARR RUDE AND IT NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN I GIVE IT 1 STAR AND THAT'S NOT GOING CHANGE.
