Im giving it a 1 star because when you tip these young ladies in here working on the card machine the tips dont even go to them they go to the manager!!! That is wrong in so many ways. Im going to complain to the BBB also. Other than that the young lady taking my order and making it gave 5 star service.

I’ve been to this location twice at 7am. The sign on the door and online say they open at 7. Each time no one person here and lights are off and door is locked. What’s up with that?

Zero stars isn’t an option. Arrived at 10:05am for a sandwich and was told it would be a long wait due to a large order. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order until 10:45am when the 2 staff of the back left and were no where to be seen for over 5 minutes.It’s pretty pathetic if your store cannot accommodate a single in person order of a single wrap - there isn’t much else to say. I went and ate at the Cafe next door, was in and out in a quarter of the time I waited at Tropical Smoothie.Oh and I should add that I was the only person in store both when I arrived and when I left - so for over 40minutes the staff was unable to accommodate a single in person order for a single sandwich.Genuinely a terrible establishment

I have been trying to contact customer service since April 21 2023 . I was going to to tropical smoothie 5 to 7 times weekly! on 21st all 3 of my credit cards stopped working on the tropical smoothie app!I have begged ... I have sent over 10 different emails to contact me so I can preorder my lunch and get the points I deserve...I can only order as a quest on line . idk why the app started doing this !!!I'm past the point of frustrated!!! I don't complain about the prices we pay for a smoothie here but considering the money I have spent in last few years or just a year .... you would think I could get a phone call back or at the least send me a message back!!clearly I've waited months to do this!!! I don't want to but I need the app fixed so I can use it again!!!!!I'm losing my patiencs and I'm about to switch smoothie shops!!!!!!!

The worst Tropical Smoothie ever. The floor was sticky and it wasn't noon. Females didn't have on hair nets. The young lady who took our order had an attitude. It was not a welcoming environment. My fiancé spent $54.00 for poor service and the food was disgusting. I ordered the Caribbean j*** chicken wrap and it was disgusting. It was cold inside. There was no pride in what they were doing it looks as if they were just going through the motions. I wanted a refund but the atmosphere was not customer friendly. I will be contacting corporate because this was the worst.

There's pros and cons to coming here. Somedays you get your order quick and others your waiting forever for the staff to even take your order. It definitely depends on the staff, Ive had a few issues with them messing up my order but nothing as bad as the one near the Coliseum

Don’t waste your money or time here! Just paid full price for a wrap that I finished eating in all of four minutes and seven bites maybe 8. It feels like I didn’t need anything at all. I used to manage the Tropical Smoothie in Ghent, Norfolk and I know that they didn’t give me the proper food portions, unless within the last two years Tropical Smoothie has cut their portions by half. On top of that the weight was forever for this small snack

Made online order and didn’t receive. Business appeared to be closed no customers no sign of employees inside. No open or closed signage. I think this is how they stay in business by taking orders and having patrons unsure if they are open for business.I take responsibility for patronizing a place that I should have checked out throughly before ordering.
