Ordered delivery via their app on 11/16, order was cancelled. Received an email from tropical smoothie saying it was cancelled and now get my refund back. Called and the gm said it will be taken care off. Almost in the month of December and still haven’t received my refund or my points back. Do not order delivery via their app their business practices are poor

To the owner please update the address. Google Maps has it for #301 and #103 . The chicken pesto flatbread is one of my faves here. although young lady that made my flatbread over did it with the parm cheese. Didn't taste too pleasant.. the after Manager on duty definitely made it as worst as the first . thanks

Went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Coliseum in Hampton VA on May 29th. Ordered Peanut Paradise. Workers were not friendly, acted like you were bothering them by being there. I paid for extra peanut butter. I tasted my smoothie and it only tasted like banana. I showed my ticket and asked if they could add the extra peanut butter because it tasted like banana. She snatched it out of my hand, added some cursing towards me, and after a while redid it. It still only tasted like banana so I just gave up and asked for a refund. I was in there for 45 minutes and ended up with nothing. I used to love this place - I've been going once a week for a few years and this is the first time I was treated this way and my smoothie was not made correctly

Sunday at 5:45pm, so not a rush time. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got two smoothies quickly. The vibe was tropical hip hop, if that’s a thing— it was chill. Please get with Google Maps— they got your street address correct, but not your suite (#101 vs #301) and directions point to your old location on Von Schilling near Buffalo Wild Wings.

The acai bowl is super yummy. Placed a mobile order but they never got it. However it was in the system and they made it for me when I got there.

Came in to get the AMAZING new Açaí Bowl and I am amazed and so proud to see all the young hardworking staff. They are a well oiled machine!! Great job team!

I love the smoothies and wraps. Especially the Bahama Mama and the buffalo chicken wrap. Most times the employees are nice but there are some who act like they just don’t want to work which is probably why the wait times are so long. It’s ridiculous. They also need to wipe the tables and chairs down in the customer area more often and mop the floors. It’s always sticky and drips of stuff on the tables. Nobody wants to be around that.

What’s the point of ordering online to “skip the line” but then having to stand in the same line to wait to let them know you have an order

All the girls working here this (May 1st, 2024) evening were extremely rude and disrespectful. Laughing, smiling and giggling at me while I was ordering my food. Very humiliating.

Seriously small portions and definitely skimped on the food. I used to work at tropical smoothie so I know the portions and this is sad. Customer service and good quality has gone down so muchAnother time I asked for plant based chicken and they gave me real chicken so look before eating.Didn’t cut the wrap either which is a silly prob but it’s literally apart of the process

Came by after my workout tonight, was not greeted, the 4 young girls in there were rude and had an attitude. My food was cold as if it was just thrown together and passed off..and the young girl that gave me my smoothie just passed it to me without saying a thing. Would not recommend coming here.
