No one said hi welcome in etc. The music was so loud i did have a hard time to hear the cashier lady. She did not hear my name which was tracy.. she heard highce. I also asked for a coke and she put in diet coke. I stated i didnt order a diet coke, i ordered a regular coke. One employee walked around aimlessly. Looked at me in the eye and didnt even acknowledge a customer. Very disappointing over all

I understand being busy, but deliberately ignoring me and acting like they didn't know where my order was when it fact my smoothie sat there on the counter for over 10 minutes is just rude. Then open my food and discover its wrong, how do you even grab the wrong chips? Seems like maybe some training and customer service would be beneficial for the staff.

We ordered a Blueberry Bliss smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Café for $8.77 and were very disappointed with the quality. According to the menu, the smoothie should include blueberries, strawberries, and banana. However, it tasted like only blueberries and ice. There was no noticeable strawberry or banana flavor, resulting in an unpleasant taste that made the smoothie undrinkable. Given the price, this was extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning or recommending this business.

Wraps smaller here than any other location. Drowned in dressing so its all you can taste. Overheated to make lettuce wilt. Have tried multiple times and consistently disappointed. Will not be back

I’m a regular customer been since 2023 yesterday Sunday evening was the worst experience I’ve had I never had an issue with any staff most are very friendly but there was this one female I believe she’s new never seen her face she was so rude playing while servicing food like tropical smootie location is falling off 3.3 star that’s not good hopefully management have more staff meetings with employees on how to service customers properly.

There's nothing here The business the establishment all of its fake. The website shows a picture of a freestanding store. The tropical smoothie does not exist at this location in any shape or form. Nor has it ever existed in the last 2 years. Where the reviews are coming from I am not sure maybe they're shared amongst all tropical smoothies but this business is a closed down skating rink has been closed for almost 4 years.

Just seems to take forever for your smoothie...even when there going fast. I dare not order food too!

Beware of their high rated comments, prolly spams. While I enjoy Tropical Smoothies in general, my experience at this branch was disappointing. The smoothies were diluted and didn't meet the usual standards. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired, with sticky tables and floors. Given the price and effort required to visit, I would suggest exploring other options.

I took 3 steps in and was instantly smiling from how energetic and just overall interactive staff. I ordered a whey protein with mango magic and it tasted like a magical marshmallow just like all the staff Jorden, Maya , Khya, Ayianna, Dean. My Chicken Pesto came out wonderfully and this was definitely the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I’ve been too. Found a new home store.
